The Villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single, two of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a third communal bathroom. There is a fully equiped modern kitchen, open plan lounge with TV, fireplace and air-conditioning. Outside you can find BBQ and dining area amongst the beautiful gardens, and a secluded freshwater pool with sun loungers, table and chairs and umbrella. The first floor is shared by the two en-suite bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lounge area. At the bottom of the road there is an enclosed basketball court that is safe for children t play. The prices are a special offer this year because we have listed the property late, making this ideal for late bookings. Easyjet now offers regular flights direct to Corfu for the summer giving the opportunity for a great holiday at a fraction of the price.

Central location within easy reach of town by car or taxi, in the quiet village of Karoubatika. The area benefits from unspoilt surroundings ideal for families and couples, and is only 10 mins from Glyfada, one of Corfu's most beautiful beaches. Aqualand, the islands waterpark in Agios Ioannis is less than a ten minute drive, and also has Restaurants to suit all tastes. The Villa is ideal if you are looking for a quiet picturesque area with easy access to the Islands main attractions. Close to Corfu town and airport means everything you need is a stones throw away, with shopping, fine restaurants and lively bars. The port also offers day trips to neighbouring islands and ferries to Italy etc. Being in the centre of Corfu you will be within reach of North, East, South and West of the Island. Nearby Pelekas beach is sandy with calms seas and lovely views typical of the coastline to the west.

We stayed at this beautiful villa during the second half of august.
We enjoyed our staying so much... We were 9 people (4 adults + baby sitter + 4 children aged 11, 3, 3, 1). The house was big enough for us, above all because my family slept toghether in the biggest room at the first floor, big enough for a whole family with 2 babies. The owner is very kind and helpful, the lady who cares the house very nice too.
It's well equipped, the pool is veeeeeeeeeeeery nice and safe even with little children, because is not at the same level of the house (you have to go up some stairs to get there).
A car is necessary because the nearest beach is 15/20 minutes away and the villa is up the hills. But that means that it's less hot, above all during the night. The bbq is huge. And we appreciated the shady garage as well.
We loved staying there and we decided to spend our holidays again at the villa.

Something for all the family

I stayed in the Villa for 10 nights with my teenage children, my wife and mother in law. With the age range it could have been difficult to find something to please everybody but this Villa was perfect. Beautiful views and interesting local walks for the oldies. Lovely pool and easy access to beaches and shops for the youngsters. Everyone enjoyed the barbecue and dining al fresco. Mosquito repellant is a must though. The Villa itself was very beautiful (natural wood interior) and clean. The only minor negatives were the layout of the kitchin and one of the bathrooms could have been better with the oven door catching on the back door and having to kneel to have a shower.
In summary this is a very good central base for those wanting to explore the island. A car or other transport is recommennded but if you just want a quite holiday away from it all this is a very peaceful and beautiful location.

We have recently just returned from a wonderful stay at this Villa and would definitely recommend it. This was our second stay here (last year as well) and hopefully we will be returning next year.

The villa is beautiful and set in lovely surroundings. We stayed here for 2 weeks - the first week it was just myself and my wife, then my sister, her partner and two kids came out for the second week. The kids loved the massive pool (there were tears when the stay came to an end) and the grown ups were able to kick back and relax.

The weather was lovely and we took full advantage of the lovely BBQ area, however we did have one rainy day - but the villa is so big and spacious this wasn't a problem.

The property is in a very picturesque location and short drive (2mins) or walk (15mins) to the nearest town and about 10 minutes to Corfu Town and several beaches.

The villa is very clean, child friendly and in ours eyes a ‘hidden gem’ that we will hopefully continue to visit.

We stayed in the property for 7 nights. The villa is quite good - nice garden, nice pool area, close to the main town meaning close to the shops, fully equipped kitchen and barbeque area, etc. What I was not happy about was the lack of hot water. For some reason the owner decided to switch on the hot water for 2-3 hours a day which was definitely not enough, having in mind that we were with a 10 months old baby and a pregnant woman, we were 8 people who needed a daily shower and we needed to wash dishes. And although we called him every day to complain about it, he did nothing. Only the last day he turned it on for the whole day, presumably because another group was coming the next day. Except for this, we had a wonderful time :)
