Villa, summer holiday rental, self catering, romantic, with the most beautiful ocean view, peaceful location , close to the centre of the village, but enough isolated to find the right relax for your holidays. It's an old villa, built in 1930 , recently restructured. Perfect for a family with kids and for whoever is looking for a romantic site to spend holidays in Tuscany. The house is on two floor: On the ground floor you can find the kitchen, dining room, living room and a double bedroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms and 1 double with separate beds, and one bathroom and 1 toilet and shower. In the evening you can eat outside the house, on a beautiful veranda that overlooks the coast.

Strategic location: It is close to the centre of the village, (just 5 minuts from downtown), but also isolated ad set in a peaceful location. Very comfortable, easy access, it has a private parking for 3 cars. There are many beautiful beaches. At a walking distance from home (only 10 minutes) you can bathe at La Caletta, or Il Siluripedio. Otherwise we advise to take the car and reach the long sandy beaches of La Giannella , La feniglia or Riva del Marchese.
