We moved from the midwest in 1984 to Dana Point area. for the perfect weather, ocean, mountains.

,A simple walk outside to view the ocean, dolphins, sunset & its beauty ONE BLOCK from the ocean near Capistrano Beach , Dana Point Harbor.

The garden patio home is serene & quiet. Enjoy the walks at the Dana Point Harbor with friends & family & watch the surfers at San Clemente Pier.

Lovely home, comfortable, quiet with easy access to San Clemente without being in a "beachy" area.
The one block to beach is a little misleading because it is on hill and is not easy to reach by foot. However, the home itself is exactly as listed. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Lights in the whole area went out while we were there and she had conveniently placed candles in each room which were easy to find when we called her. Plumbing problem was fixed immediately. It does not seem like a "beach rental"...it is a home. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The patio was very calming & great for breakfast. A variety of birds visit the patio. We would return for a longer stay in the future. Comforable beds, clean, & cozy environment. Thanks

Our family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) stayed here for 3 days over Spring Break. The property was easy to find. Parking was convenient. The house was clean and quiet. We had a plumbing problem during our stay and the owner promptly had it fixed.
