Saidia Beach Villa is a luxurious and spacious self catering villa in the new Mediterrania Saidia Resort. It offers accommodation for 8 in 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 twin), with large open plan lounge, seperate dining room, fully appointed kitchen/utility room and 3 bathrooms. It also provides a large private garden with cooling traditiional fountain, roof terrace and individual balconies to each bedroom. Saidia Beach Villa is beautifully furnished with hand crafted modern Moroccan furniture, in cedar, oak and wrought iron. The bedroom accommodation is luxurious, fully air conditioned and spacious; the lounge and dining areas easily large enough for socialising. The outside areas offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy all year round. The roof terrace has beautiful views over the sea, the golf course and the mountains, perfect for an evening barbeque or drinks. The garden offers privacy and space. Saidia Beach Villa is located in the new resort of Saidia Mediterrania, on the eastern end of Morocco's Mediterranean coast. Saidia boasts one of the Mediterraneans best beaches, over 14km long and 0.5 km wide of fine white sand, with a beatiful backdrop of the spectacular Beni Snassen mountains behind. Saidia Beach Villa is close to the quaint village of Saidia, and easily accessible from three international airports at Oujda, Nador and Melilla. The area is peaceful and beautiful, with nature reserves, the Grotte du Chameau and the Zegzel Gorges nearby for walking and picnics; further afield, the medieval city of Fes is accessible by car. Saidia resort will offer activities for year round enjoyment, with 3 championship golf courses, tennis, swimming pools, restaurants and beach bars, as well as night life.

  • Each bathroom is fully fitted with luxurious marble tops. The downstairs bathroom is also shared by the downstairs (twin) bedroom; upstairs the main bathroom, with twin sinks, is shared by two double rooms. The Main bedroom has its own ensuite, with two sinks.

  • Each bedroom is luxuriously appointed with cedar and oak furniture, hand made for us by craftsmen from Marrakesh. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, traditionally made mirrors, and are comfortably air conditioned, also with ceiling fans. The beds are deeply comfortable, and provide a welcoming rest after a day on the beach! The three upstairs double bedrooms each have access to private balconies with small patio tables, chairs and sunloungers, the downstairs twin bedroom has is own outside patio, also with table and chairs.

Resort Facilities: The Saidia Mediterrania resort is still in the process of being built, and as yet is in its early stages. This means that the facilities on site are few, with some restaurants due to open in Summer 08, along with some swimming pools and a private beach, as well as one of the fabulous golf courses. Some of the hotels are due to open shortly as well. However, it does also mean that the resort is wonderfully quiet. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and some wonderful excursions to the mountains, even to Fes.

Your Base at Saidia: Saidia Beach Villa allows other home purchasers in the Saidia Mediterrania Resort to stay in spacious luxury, whilst viewing the progress of their own properties, arranging furniture, and getting to know the area.
