Brand New Self-catering apartment, with excellent high quality furnishings. Sleeps 4 comfortably,double ensuite (bath) bedroom with balcony and twin room. Seperate Shower room. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs enjoys afternoon and evening sunshine. Air conditioning/heating with easy to use instructions. TV/DVD player with selection of DVDs & Music Centre. Underground parking for one car. Lift. Swimming pool with lawned area (adult and kiddies pool), a real sun trap. Short walk to Beach with excellent beach bar which is Spanish owned and extremely hospitable, take away spit grilled chickens for your evening at home. Sunday Pilchard BBQ on beach is highly recommended. Anytime Jugs of Sangria at beach bar are very highly recommended. La Duquesa is a short drive or a 35min. walk along the beach - a must visit location - beautiful enchanting marina with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Fishing off the rocks recommended. Boat Hire Available.

Nearest motorway:   Estepona-Algeciras AP-7 at 10 Kilometres

Manilva is an ideal location to explore as it is near to many must see sights. A short drive up the hills are the beautiful villages of Manilva and the white hill side houses of Cassares & Gaucin. Drive for 50 mins further and you will arrive at Ronda, the wow factor Spanish bullfighting town with its amazing Gorge! 20 mins drive from the apartment is LaLinea, the gate way to Gibralta where you can hop on a hovercraft to Morocco. 5 mins drive from the apartment will take you to La Duquesa - a stunning Marina with its cafes, restaurants and beach bars. If you want to walk to the nearest restaurant Don Rafeals is the place (very Spanish - 18Euros for Piella for 2). You are never far from either hill locations or coast locations. There are many Hypermarkets and Supermarkets in the area and even Lidl is a 5min drive from the apartment. Sabinellas which is a 5 min drive boasts a fantastic food market, Estepona street market is well worth a visit to shop or people watch from the cafe
