Recognized as one of the finest Golf and Tennis communities in all of Southwest Florida. Heritage Palms offers two - 18 hole Aziger/Lewis designed championship golf courses; For Tennis lovers there are eight lighted Har Tru courts. There is also a fully equipped Fitness Center; but if you like to be outdoors you will not find a better community for walking, jogging or cycling.

Our Brookside condo is located on the fourth (top) floor overlooking the 38 acre lake and the 18th Tee Box of the Sabal Course. Sit on the lanai and watch golfers finish their round and enjoy the unrestricted views all the way to the Clubhouse and Aqua Driving Range.

Our beautifully decorated and fully furnished condo has two bedrooms/two baths; One kingsize bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit also hasa full size washer and dryer.

Fully gated, Heritage Palms, is conveniently located for the Spring Training facilities of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins. Beautiful Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and a little further historic Naples and famous Tin City. What more could you want.......Golf, Tennis, Sun, Sand, Sea and Spring Training.
