Our newly remodelled ocean view condo enjoys a wide, panoramic view of dramatic Molokai Island and the Pacific. Central air and/or tropical fans for your desired comfort. All new appliances, entertainment center with DVD/VHS, stereo, etc., plus TV in living room and bed room. In addition, we have free internet access from our condo. Our bathroom features a luxury, walk-in shower. King size bed in bedroom, and sofa/bed in living room that sleeps two. Our condo also has its own washer/dryer which is a great convenience. Kaanapali Shores is a popular resort located in the heart of Maui's many tourists attractions. World famous snorkelling excursions, whale watching (in Winter), golfing, fishing, luaus - are all right there! Our resort is situated right on the beach where you enjoy all the convenience of a condo with the amenities of a hotel. These include 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi, gift shops, health club, beauty salon, tennis courts, and our own Beachclub restaurant.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $100 cleaning fee to ready the unit for the next guest.
    The resort charges $9/day for parking.
    11.42% Hawaii hotel tax
  • We use a condo management firm in Maui to take care of our unit and handle the billing. This is a huge advantage for both of us, as you have someone to turn to in the event that something needs repairing, etc.

    They require a 3 night deposit with the balance due 45 days before arrival. You can use a credit card for the deposit, but they require a cahiers check or money order for the final payment.

    If you cancel prior to the 45 days there is a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel after the 45 days, any refund is subject to our being able to re-rent our condo. This is only fair as this is a commitment on both our parts. Once you book the time we will be turning away others looking to rent all or any part of your time.
