Photos and Description of the Kaluakoi vacation condo rental
Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)

This recently refurnished condo (#221) has been inspired by Balinese design and Hawaiian Aloha. The vaulted, open beam ceiling and louvered windows create a space full of light that takes full advantage of the local trade winds that are so much the essence of Hawaii. The feeling created is minimalist and spacious.The ambience is both comfortable and elegant.

There is a large lanai where you can perch like a bird to enjoy the surrounding view of beautiful Papohaku beach (the longest in the Hawaiin Islands) and the expansive Savannah like country side. On the lanai, there is a round table that seats 4 and 2 chaise lounges. And ... there is still plenty of room for a yoga practice, exercise program or simply hanging over the rail and appreciating the sunset with your favorite person.

The bedroom has a California King bed with good linens and a very comfortable bamboo mattress. I recommend coffee in bed while watching the waves crash on Papohaku beach...

The kitchen is equipped with the usual fare of pots, dishes, wine glasses and includes rice cooker, blender/food processor, electric kettle, toaster and French press for the delicious local coffee.

There is a good nine hole golf course nearby and local fishing. Also, an incredible organic farm that sells fresh greens, veg and loads of tropical fruit. You may even catch the Hula Halao in one of their amazing presentations.

Very good local swimming and snorkeling at Dixie Maru beach and many, many diverse hikes. Come see for yourself!
