Forest Hills 11 is a luxury 3 bedroomed villa ot Royal Westmoreland on the glorious west coast of Barbados. Royal Westmoreland is a secure, gated community with a 24 hour manned security gate. The villa is approximately 40 mins drive from Grantley Adams Airport, a meet and greet service is available if required.. The villa has parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Guests enjoy the benefits of concessionary rates for golf, buggy included.Other resort facilities are floodlit tennis courts, swimming pool and the recently refurbished and extended gymnasium at the Sanctuary. At peak times of the year there is an excellent childrens club available at an additional cost. Forest Hills guests also enjoy the exclusive use of our community swimming pool. The nearest beaches are less than 5 mins drive away. Villa renters enjoy the use of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins, 10 mins drive away or free shuttle bus leaves the Sanctuary daily, frequency varies according to season.

Forest Hills 11 is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa located on the exclusive Royal Westmorland Golf Resort, set within beautifully manicured gardens overlooking the lake with views to the swimming pools and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The villa is in the care of our wonderful housekeeper Jacintha (6 days per week - Mon to Sat), who will be there to greet you on your arrival. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, kitchen, lounge and dining area - leading through 3 patio doors to a large, partially covered sun terrace with additional dining facilities and equipped with a gas fired barbecue, views to the pools and Caribbean Sea, on the upper floor and two double/twin bedrooms on the lower floor. The third bedroom is in a separate detached cottage set within an enclosed courtyard to the front of the villa. All bedrooms are en-suite, air conditioned and have cable TV. All linen, including pool towels is provided. There is free internet access via. ADSL wireless router.

Golf facilities: The fabulous Royal Westmorland Golf Resort can be used by guests and villa renters. The course presents a significant challenge and is noted particularly for it's difficult par 3s. The views from the 17th and 18th tees are particularly spectacular. A weekly pass is available for villa renters who are keen golfers giving unlimited golf US$850 per week, including buggy. New for 2010 - for the renter who wishes to play a limited amount of golf we have a number of Complimentary green fee tickets available which we offer at 2 per week booked, whilst stocks last. Amongst the many celebrity home-owners at Royal Westmorland is former Ryder Cup Captain Ian Woosnam, Sir Garfield Sobers is also a member and can often be seen on the course.

Beach facilities: The nearest beaches on the West coast are less than 5 mins drive. Villa renters can enjoy the use of The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins 10 mins drive. On the lovely beach you will have use of luxurious free sun loungers, beach towels and the use of an exclusive sun deck where drinks and food are available. Beach ambassadors are in attendance to help you and bring you drinks to your lounger if you require them. A free shuttle bus operates during the peak season from the Sanctuary [timetable shown on the noticeboard there]. There is also a Spa facility at the beach club with many massage and beauty treatments available [ at extra cost]. The rugged East coast beaches are 30 mins away and the sheltered beaches of the South coast , ideal for chidren, are 30 mins away.

Restaurants and Shopping: The nearby West coast has plenty of excellent restaurants ranging from the upmarket 'The Cliff' to many value for money restaurants in Holetown including Olives, Ragamuffins, Angry Annies, The Mews and many more. Sunday lunch at The Roundhouse at Bathsheba on the East coast is another favourite. The nearest shopping is the mall at Holetown approx 5 mins drive away which includes boutiques, duty free shopping and the well stocked supermarket.
