Our Mediterranean style villa is located in the gated WaterSong community among water and woodland conservation areas. It is close to Disney and Orlando theme parks, and championship golf courses. With easy access to Interstate-4 the east coast, Tampa and Busch Gardens are just 60 minutes away and 70 minutes to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Beaches. A short drive south are the “100 lakes” – for bass fishing and experience of the real Florida. The luxuriously furnished air-conditioned accommodation comprises a superKing size double ensuite bedroom, a King size double ensuite bedroom, two twin bedrooms with Jack&Jill bathroom, lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, games room with pool table and air-hockey, TV in all bedrooms, cot & highchair. The south-facing 30'x15' heated pool & spa backs onto conservation area ensuring a peaceful, relaxing end to each day. The WaterSong clubhouse has a CyberCafe and gym. Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are the maximum rental rates, excluding US taxes, charged in Sterling; US Dollar prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. Discounts may be available for multiple week rentals, late bookings, to fill gaps in our calendar.
    Rental is generally taken as Saturday to Saturday however other periods may be available. Midweek bookings may incur a surcharge of 15%, stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £55.
    For a rental requiring the use of the lounge sofa-bed there is an additional charge of £35 per week.
    The villa is available for occupation from 16:00 on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Vacating after this time without prior agreement may incur a charge of £100.00.
  • A cheque for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is due with your completed Booking Form within 7 days of your initial reservation. On receipt of your deposit , following cheque clearance we will send a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Also payable at this time is a refundable £250 security/breakage deposit. Upon receipt and cheque clearance of the balance we will send out your Arrival Pack.
    In the event of your party needing to cancel the following charges will apply:·
    8 weeks or more prior to departure: 20% of the total booking fee·
    5-8 weeks prior to departure: 50% of the total booking fee·
    less then 5 weeks prior to departure: 100% of the total booking fee
    These do not include the security deposit which will be returned in full.
  • No all male parties or parties of guests who are all under the age of 21 will be accepted. No pets allowed. For the comfort of all guests this is a non-smoking villa, however smoking is permitted on the patio. Please use the ashtrays provided.To ensure security and peace of mind our home is fitted with a monitored security alarm system. It is registered with the state authorities and is in full compliance with all relevant legislation.

The telephone provides free local and national US calls. The community has a Clubhouse featuring its own pool and spa, fitness room, cyber-cafe and children's play area. These facilities are available to the villa renter at no further cost. A barbeque can be hired for $70 per week. Daily maid service is available at $45 per day.

WaterSong: The WaterSong community provides homes surrounded by water, conservation and woodlands areas, providing privacy in every back yard. During the day our gardens are often visited by the local families of 36-inch tall Sandhill cranes. In the evening just relax by the pool and listen to the birds and cicadas as night falls.

Additional Services: We can also provide: information on discount Disney tickets, welcome packs, birthday/anniversary celebration cakes, champagne and flowers for special occasions, airport pick-up, car-hire delivered to villa, taxi / limo service, golf-club hire. Our third visit to Florida - and what a lovely place to stay.
Absolutely spotless, spacious and great facilities. The pool and games room were excellant after long days out at Disney.
We WILL be back and would certainly make recommendations to our friends and family.

Great villa

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone considering a trip to Florida. The property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and it felt like we were living in a show home! The pool area is terrific and even though our holiday was at the end of Sept we got the sun all day and until about 7pm in the evenings. The communal pool was also beautiful and the gym in the clubhouse was always very quiet. The villa backs onto a lovely conservation area at the back with great views. We would recommend visiting Celebration (approx 15 mins drive) for lovely walks around the lakes and great restaurants, we also travelled to Tampa (approx 1 hour) to the American Football and St Petersburg for the baseball. This is a great location for all the theme parks, shopping areas and local sports events. We have rented various villas in Florida over the last few years and this is our favourite by far! Hopefully we can visit again soon!

Thanks for letting us stay in your villa. We had a great holiday made all the better by the facrt we had great accomadation. The villa was beautifully furnished, close to all the parks and had everything we needed. Eric was great to deal with, gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again, see you sson.

Amazing holiday

The villa is amazing, when you first walk in you cant help but be impressed by what you see. The pictures of the pool do not do the pool area justice, we did not expect the pool to be as large as it was, and we spent many happy hours relaxing around the pool area.
The area is very quite, which after a hectic day is what we wanted and you are not over looked.
We had to call the management company as the pool was going green, but within a couple of hours the problem had been fixed, it was good to know that any problems would be sorted so quickly.
We would return to this villa with no hesitaton and are recommending it to friends.
We would like to thank Eric and Jean, for making the rental process so easy.

FIRST CLASS HOLIDAY VILLA

Our family rented this villa for our 3 week summer holiday and we had a fantastic time. The villa was first-class with everything we needed for a most enjoyable break. The photographs on the site are exactly how the villa looks!The south facing pool , which is not overlooked, was superb, and the visits from the wildlife were great! The owners provided all the details we required and were most attentive. This was very reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our friends and family and indeed hope to return ourselves!
The access to the clubhouse near the villa, was a bonus and we made use of the computers and gym there.Visits to Celebration for the 4th July and Cocoa Beach for the shuttle launch were highlights of our visit. Our children particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of Downtown Disney and the interactive games at DisneyQuest. We all had a super holiday
