Dining room and living room opens up to a beautiful view of the 16 th Green. There is a large grass play area for children while you relax on the oversized swing on the back porch and cook on the new gas grill.

The resort is centrally located within minutes of Destin's finest shopping at Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the Beaches South Walton shopping mecca, Grand Boulevard. Upscale Destin Fine Dining choices are plentiful, as well as relaxing family oriented establishments.

Over 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, tennis, multiple swimming pools, bike rentals, water sports rentals, and the locals favorite, award-winning Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill.

Seascape resort is located in the heart of Destin/Sandestin area, However once you enter the tranqiul gated community away from the traffic you may want to simply stay put or take a walk or bike ride on the many winding quite roads. We live in Alabama, passing many Beachs to always return the Emerald Coast, No other gulf coast beachs compare.

What makes this condo unique

Easy access to the beautiful white Beachs and the Famouse Whales Tail Bar and Grill. Just few steps from 2 pools , one with a great infant pool .
