Villetta Rosalba was completed in 2005 and it has a truly magnificent location in a large garden with a view, the best you can get - on the Baia dello Smeraldo and the Cala D'Arconte beach. You can see the small island, which upstream from Marina di Camerota, to the impressive mountains of Calabria! The distance to the sea is about 800 meters! The house has a spacious living and dining room with a kitchenette, with all necessary crockery. One of the two bedrooms is with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds. In the bathroom there are a modern shower, a bidet and a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. You can enjoy the wonderful panorama from the terrace - a garden seat set is available! Some steps away from the house there is a brick barbecue. In front of the house is a private parking space for a maximum of 2 cars. Satellite TV is available.

In small bays, you can discover beautiful sandy beaches. You can hike here, mountain biking, sailing, and diving. In the evening, you enjoy the picturesque sunsets. For each taste, the right is with it. Let you bewitched from the unknown South-Italy!

  • Bed linen and towels are EURO 10.00 per person on request. Cleaning is EURO 50.00. Pets (dog is EURO 20.00) are allowed.
  • During the months of July and August can only full weeks (Saturday - Saturday) be booked. Outside these periods, the rental period can be freely selected, but at least one week. In this case, the costs are proportionately.
  • For the fifth guest an extra bed can be provided. That is EURO 45.00 a week, during the months July and August it is EURO 65.00 a week.

Culture and Nature: The Cilento National Park offers an incredible wealth of destinations. Very worth a visit to the excavation of ancient sites, such as the temples of Paestum (built 2500 years ago), Pompeii or Herculaneum (buried by the eruption of Vesuvius 79 A.D.), and the Greek philosopher's school Elea-Velia (founded about 530 B.C.). You should also visit the Certosa of San Lorenzo (Padula) and the caves of Castelcivita. Also for lovers of unspoiled nature, there is a lot to discover. Whether it is the formal richness of the coast, with its many caves and the mountainous hinterland of both offers as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and Biosphere Reserve-even rare animal and plant species are protected refuge. Come and see life and culinary art of Southern Italy.

Motorboat rentals and boat trips: At the port and at the Lentiscelle Beach (located at the southeast end of town), there is the possibility to rent motor boats (without boat-driving licence in Italy to 40 PS), to the picturesque coastline to explore. Highly recommended! Boat trips on local fishing boats with a visit to the numerous caves and bathing stop at one of the lonely, accessible only by sea beaches are offered at the port.

Sehr schönes neues, gut ausgestattetes blitzsauberes Haus.Großer Pluspunkt: die Fenster sind mit Insektengitter-Rollos ausgestattet. Die Terrasse hat ein Dach aus Holz, ist also schön schattig. Dazu ein Tisch mit vier Sesseln, zwei Liegen und die wunderbare Aussicht - oft gingen wir gar nicht an den Strand, sondern verbrachten den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse. Dank Außendusche hinterm Haus herrlich! Backrohr funktioniert bei richtiger Verwendung ohne Probleme. Den Müll stellt man am Grundstückszaun ab, Kalender der täglich wechselnden Müllabholung (Restmüll, Bio, Glas, Plastik) liegt im Haus gut sichtbar auf. In die schöne Holzdecke des Hauses "verirren" sich des öfteren Zikaden (fallen von außen drauf), die aber nicht weiter stören und irgendwann auch zu schnarren aufhören ;-). Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr schönen großen Vollholz-Kästen ausgestattet - soviel Gepäck kann man gar nicht mithaben! Wer einen "gepflegten" Garten mitteleuropäischer Prägung erwartet, sollte besser gar nicht in diese Gegend fahren - die Vegetation ist typisch für dieses Klima. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus!

ein idyllisches fleckchen erde.schöner strand,der sehr ruhig ist. fast nur einheimische.(schirme kann man mieten 10euro pro tag. etwas schwer zu finden.aber die nachbarn sind sehr nett und zeigen den weg.mit auto wirklich besser zu erreichen,aber kaum parkmöglichkeit für diesen strand.also laufen:-)
hoffentlich eine hilfe.bild nicht aktuell,hat jetzt ein vordach.sehr weit vom strand,1,5 km,sehr steiniger weg,ungepflegter garten-eher eine wüste vor dem haus(ansonsten feigenbäume,oliven),in der ferne das meer(blick schön),man muss ne menge kleintiere mögen,auch im haus leider,mehere termieten in den holzbalken,die in der nacht sehr aktiv sind,wenn man nicht die füße in die dusche stellen müsste,wäre der toilettenbereich erträglich,die tischdecke könnte ganz sicher erneuert werden,das haus innen ist nicht so groß wie es aussieht,backofen funktioniert schlecht-vorsicht(sollte man wissen für 4pax.nicht geeignet.reiseveranstalter hat nie geöffnet in marina di camerota,es gibt also keine informationen.auch der vermieter zeigt sich nur einmal am ende muss man sagen,das haus ist viel zu teuer....hinweis müll immer irgendwo mitnehmen....am haus wird nichts abgeholt...wir hatten jedenfalls keine information.
