Best holiday ever in this wonderful villa!

Location-excellent as it was near all the amenities we needed such as main roads, supermarkets and restaurants. A bit of a drive from Disney and Universal but we choose to stay there as it is quieter and less expensive. You would probably need a car. The roads are great anyway so the drive is no problem.
Layout-spacious villa with plenty space for 10 people.
Facilities-nice pool (smaller than we have had before but did not spoil our enjoyment), tvs, games for kids and laundry room is great to have.
Sun-came round to the pool side at 10am and stayed till sunset...perfect!
Cleanliness and maintenance-the villa was spotless and well maintained. ...first time we have not had to call out the management company in our Florida holidays as we had no problems at all!
Security-this was a big issue for us as we had previously been burgled in Florida but we felt safe in this villa. It had triple locks on the front door, a bar on the patio door, a bolted down safe, a key for entrance (we don't like keypad entrance as our previous burglary showed no sign of forced entry ???) and is in a residential area so there are people living round about.
Customer service-we cannot speak highly enough of the owner. He was extremely helpful, especially when we had to change our dates around a bit, and responded to every email very quickly! We also met the management company on the last day on departure and they were so friendly and helpful too (British, of course!!).
Value for money-in all the villas we have rented in Florida this one definitely offered us the best value for money.
We would certainly be happy to go back to this villa and to recommend it to others.
