The villa is situated on the Costa del Azahar, the Orange Blossom Coast. In the midst of a Valencian garden it offers total romantic seclusion. With orange trees and panoramic views of the magnificent La Safor mountain range surrounding you, yet only 1km behind the beautiful golden Blue Flag beach of Xeraco, with all amenities. Recently renovated, including brand new fitted kitchen, three new stylish bathrooms, and new furniture throughout. The spacious open plan layout of the villa is ideal for large groups, yet intimate enough for couples. The location is very private with no overlooking properties. (Nearest property 300m away) Next to the house on one side is a large, marble, crazy paved terrace. Behind the house the outstanding pool area has the 10m long pool and ample terraces. Furniture includes 10 sun-loungers with lounger tables, patio tables and chairs for 10. On the other side of the house is a large (over 400m2) gravelled area for children (or adults!) to play.

Xeraco Platya (beach) is just 2 minutes drive from the house and offers kilometres of unspoilt golden sands and crystal clear waters, each year winning the Blue Flag clean beach award. There is no busy promenade at Xeraco just a natural beach that is too large to become crowded. The beach area is mostly made up of privately owned apartments but you won't see huge high rises as there is a height restriction enforced on building. Thus the beach remains attractive with a stylish, modern art-deco feel, and is indeed busy enough to provide restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, 3 beach bars, ice cream parlours, seaside shops, souvenir shops, pharmacy, medical centre, bakeries, newsagent, tobacconist, large self-catering shop, small children's play area, bars, and a night club, (weekends only). Gandia beach is just 10km away. Larger than Xeraco it boasts lots of shopping opportunities. For the sporty the marina, yacht club, and the large, busy beach offer all types of aquatic pursuits.

Surrounding Area: The Safor Mountains behind Xeraco boast small rustic villages such as Barx and Marquqera which are well loved by walkers and cyclists. Fishing and horse-riding are also available locally. Terra Mitica theme park with large rides, a water park and bird park, all lay behind the large resort of Benidorm, approximately 45 minutes from the house. Naturist Beach Just 2km north of the house, towards Gandia, is a large naturist beach.

Other Activities: Valencia is famous for its fiestas and Xeraco celebrates these elaborate street parades to the full, many of which culminate in a firework display.

We have visited this property for the last two years and both times have enjoyed a relaxing, uncomplicated holiday!
As a large and extended family the property accomodated us easily and was well equiped and maintained, both for children and adults.
With all essential ammenities locally found, also with close proximity to the beautiful, unspoilt beach. Added to this the contrast of the house/pool in quiet, secluded surroundings, this holiday would be hard to beat!!

This house is a gem!

Nestled in amongst the vast orange groves with wonderful views in a fabulous secluded location. What more can i say?...................plenty!

For two families staying here with lots of children of varying ages this house has something for everyone. The pool being everyones obvious favourite, the location means that the children can be noisy without worry about disturbing the neighbours. Also good is there being a shaded area around the pool, great for the baby!

Its within easy walking distance to the beach, restuarants and bars.

We loved it so much we are going back very soon and already booked for next year! Thankyou David.

what can I say about this villa................ Don't book it as I want to keep it a secret. It's situated in the middle of citrus groves, with a large fig tree on the patio, and a large grape vine near the pool. all ripe when I went. there is peace and quiet at the villa yet only 10 minutes away by car is Gandia with its night life. A short walk and you're at the beach. Miles and Miles of golden sand, with a few beach bars. This is a villa to really chill out at.
