Security Gate and two parking spaces right outside of unit.

Awesome Derby Weekend!

The condo was great for the 8 of us!! We were able to taxi to and from the track for less than it would have cost to park. Beautiful place to stay, we will be sure and look for it again next year!

Family Weekend Getaway

We spent a long weekend in Hot Springs with all our kids and their families - total of 9 people. The condo was very nice and spacious for all. Exactly as pictures depict. We had a wonderful time and spent 2 days on the lake. Had one small maintenance issue, but the owner had someone there pronto to fix the problem. Would definitely rent again!

Good Times had by all in this great location!

Beautiful condo, great location, sweet owners! If you have big family or group this is the perfect place to stay. Clean is a must for me and it was perfect. The game room was a fun plus to the stay. This condo is close to everything with food places, recreation and Central Avenue just a few minutes away. Communication with the owner is awesome and they take to make your stay enjoyable. We had a group of young people stay and they even dropped off drinks for the teens. Such a pretty condo that it made you want to just move in!! Second time to stay in these condo units and hope to be back next year!!
