Newly renovated and tastefully decorated with recycled antique teak furniture, it offers a relaxed atmosphere, with chill-out areas in various parts of the house. The house is powered by automated Hi-tec solar system, so your stay in Ibiza will leave a much smaller carbon footprint. It offers complete seclusion from the outside world, with great views of the surrounding countryside. There is a 12m pool with a natural rock feature. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area has a 60-inch Sony Bravia TV, Sky, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Playstation 2, PC computer with Wi-Fi internet. This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends who want to holiday in a green environment, without giving up any of your luxuries. The villa is located just outside of the Artisan Village of Santa Gertrudis. The Village offers some fantastic Restaurants, cafe's and bars. Its great for an afternoon or evening, its also child friendly as there is no through road and there is a play park 50 meters from the village center. The villa is 15 minutes from Ibiza town and San Antonio and 15 minutes from the nearest beach.

Notes: The outside area has a covered patio, with built in seating and outside dining area which seats 8. A covered chill-out area behind pool, a covered balcony with a balinese hammock. A shaded wooden patio with 2 double day beds and around the pool there are 6 cushioned sun beds with 2 small day beds. There is also a double BBQ with full lighting. And an outside shower.

This Villa is Great! We had a very good Time there and we have been absolutly impressed about this luxury villa. We have been feeling like VIP´s during our hollidays! Thanks to Steve for his great service!
