Welcome to Phoenix Villa! Our stunning 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom vacation home is located just 10 minutes from Disney, Orlando at Hwy 192 and 27 in the private community of Orange Tree. Within 5 minutes there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets and several championship golf courses.

Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 12 people. It has 2 master bedrooms (King size beds) with en suite bathrooms and 1 double bedroom (Queen size bed) with an adjoining bathroom. There are 2 twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom. There is a safe for the storing of valuables. Both masters have direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have cable TV. All bed linen and towels are provided. For the very young there is a crib, highchair and stroller.

The light and spacious lounge overlooks the south west facing pool and is equipped with 2 sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa), armchair, cable TV, DVD, and stereo system. The formal dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for 4. The south facing windows make this area a warm and bright area to start the day!

The large lanai provides plenty of shade especially for small children; a safety screen between the lanai and pool keeps the little ones away from the water but can be moved to access the pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and a table and chairs for relaxing during the day or even dining alfresco in the evenings. A lit up pool and spa help add to the ambiance!

Within the peaceful Orange Tree community there is a 5 acre park where you will find a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball court and 2 children’s play area. The community is surrounded by a conservation area and orange groves.
