Waterview Farms Contemporary Adjacent to Farm Neck Golf Course

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and meticulously maintained. The owners thought of everything. We were looking for a family getaway and decided to try looking at MV. We stayed on the Island 3 years ago at a great bed and breakfast but wanted more space to relax as well as the ability to cook and eat in. The area of Oak Bluffs is perfect as we were close to parts of the Island that had shopping, restaurants, water sports activities etc. Since we had our kids with us who range in age from 18 to 24, it was not secluded as the other side of the island may have been so they did not feel bored. We did take our car over which made it easy to go to a different beach every day but the island transportation is so easy to use that a car is not necessary. We also brought our bikes over. The bus stop and bike path are conveniently located right across the stree from the house.
The home felt like we were nestled in a paradise as we could look out the back of the house through glass doors/windows to see the gorgeous golf course. The owners left us a manual they put together which had numerous suggestions on beaches to go to, how to get there with the pros and cons of each!! We even had relatives visit for 2 days with 3 children ages 7 to 13 and the playroom in the lower level of the house had everything they could ever need when we werent out exploring the different beaches, viewing sunsets or renting paddle boards. There was soooo much to do on the island that we intend on coming back next year. We packed a lot of activities in for the week yet the home was so comfortable that it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever been on.
The owners take much pride in their home and were very helpful both through email and phone calls. We would definitely go back to this home again next year!!
