This is a beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated three bedroom home. It is located about one mile from downtown Austin with virtually unlimited dining and entertaiment possibilities. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking and there is a large yard with patio furniture and gas grill. There is a washer and dryer on site, All linens are provided.

The location of this home is excellent to be able to get around downtown. It did look like the pictures and was very clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place to friends and relatives.

We spent 9 days here and everything was amazing. Melissa was always really helpful and the house had everything that you could need.

The house is about a 25 minute walk from downtown but there is heaps of places to walk past on the way so it doesn't feel that long or a short taxi ride.

I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this house for a girl's weekend in October and we had a blast! The house was so new and clean! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was high quality too. Beds were very comfortable. The pictures do not convey how nice it is in person.

Close to downtown, just on the other side of I-35. Great backyard, plenty of parking. The owner was very easy to work with. Try Cisco's on 6th for a great authentic Mexican breakfast.

This property is lovely and Melissa was so easy to work with and very accommodating of our needs. The house was very clean and updated and our family had a great time staying here. It was very easy to get downtown and to the water and we easily made many trips back and forth. East Austin is not quite as nice as West Austin and downtown, but the area seems to be undergoing improvements.
