In an exclusive gated community this spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment was completed in September 2005, in the quieter area of Costa Teguise, ideal for couples & families. Flat screen TV ,stereo & DVD player. Rear private balcony backs directly onto, and within 6 feet of lovely communal swimming pool. Facilities on the complex include,3 swimming pools, a segregated children's pool, 2 tennis courts, convenience shop, hot food takeaway, children's play area and gardens. We have a brand new, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob. toaster and microwave. There is also a utility room which contains a washing machine and a fridge freezer. For your convenience we supply a hairdryer, electronic safe, iron and ironing board. Private parking space behind electronic gates.

Costa Teguise is one of the more popular resorts on the Island and is also regarded as one of the more exclusive. The nearest beach is a white sand beach cove 5 min walk from the Apartment. The main centre of Costa Teguise is 30 mins walk from the Apartment, 5mins by car. The main beach in the centre is a long sandy beach gently shelving into the sea. Great for children. There's a great array of shops, bars and excellent restaurants to be found catering from All Day Breakfasts to A La Carte meals. Taxis are numerous, well priced, as are the buses which run all over the Island. The Islands only Water Park and a Golf Course are behind the Complex both within walking distance. You also have the added benefit of using the facilities of a large hotel across the road. There are so many sights to see and things do on the Island, from a Camel Ride up a volcano to an under water Submarine experience, or just to relax on one of the beautiful beaches.

Security and peace of mind: The complex is walled and gated with gates that open with either a key or zapper. Apartment is first floor with entrance door that can be double bolted and has a peep hole. Both patio doors and kitchen door can be double locked from inside or out. Windows also have locks. There is a digital key safe in bedroom. We have an English Manager who lives on site with his wife. They will make you very welcome and will over see your stay. This helps to add to a safe and friendly environment.

Water Park: Situated 5min from the apartment by car (can be walked). A great day out for all the family. Sun beds to hire, lockers available. Open from 10:00am to 18:00pm.

Golf: Golf Costa Teguise, is a 5min drive from the Apartment. Course information: 18 Holes, par 72, Advance booking recommended, proof of handicap required, Yardage 3303. Facilities: Restaurant, Bar, Changing Rooms, Pro Shop, Club Hire, Trolley/Cart Hire, Driving Range, Putting and Pitching Greens. Tel: +34 928 590 512. Fax: +34 928 590 490

Ideal for a quiet stay

We stayed here in November 2008 for a month, it was about 1 3/4 miles from the centre of Costa Teguise, but an easy walk and plenty of buses and taxis at only 3 euro nearby. It is a very quiet and tranquil setting.
The apartment is spotless and overlooks the pool, the picture shown does not do it justice. Paul is the the wonderful chap who looked after us and only lives next door if you have any queries. There is a shop on the complex that bakes fresh bread twice a day and sells all the basics you might need.

I booked this apartment as we have an 16 month old baby and wanted somewhere to stay that was home from home. The photgraphs of the villa and complex attracted me and we were not dissapointed. The apartment's description is very accurate and was maintained to a high standard.

The location was in a quiet residentail area which would've been ideal for us if the weather had been nicer. We did not get chance to use the pool because the weather was not warm enough, this was dissapointing but not something that can be guaranteed! The pool area was infront of the apt and will be lovely if you get nice weather!

We didn't intend on hiring a car as we didn't really plan on doing much but again due to the weather we went out more and used the local transport which was reasonably priced. €4 in a taxi to cotsa teguise, €2.60 on the bus to puerto del carmen. There was also a free bus from the Barcelo Hotel into costa teguise. Taxi service was realy good, in the evening we would phone for one to pick s up outside the apt rather than walking to the taxi rank outside the Barcelo Hotel which was 5-10 min walk away.

Car Hire is not essential however it would've been nice.

Jacqui, the owner provided very dood customer service, she was always quick when responding to e-mails and provided detailed information upon request.
