Spacious accommodation for 8 people 15 minutes from Disney

This superb single story home comprises 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and an additional 2 bedrooms sharing a third bathroom, ideal for two families with two children. The fully fitted kitchen has everything a home needs, and the living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool area has comfortable patio furniture and loungers and is fitted with a safety fence for small children.

Hi-speed modem with WIFI

It is in a small, quiet, residential community, situated on the scenic Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545, within 2 miles of Champions Gate Resort and the fantastic Reunion golf courses, Disney is only 15 minutes away and Sea World and other Theme parks are with easy reach.

Close to the entrance of Bridgewater is a gas station with convenience store, take-out food, DVD / Video rental and newspapers. There is a bank with cash point, Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, McDonalds and other well known restaurants nearby at Champions Gate.

Golf: For all golf enthusiasts this is an ideal location. Two miles away is Champions Gate with 2 courses designed by Greg Norman and houses the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and round the corner are 3 absolutely stunning courses at Reunion designed by 3 of the world best golfers, Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. On top of this, within a 30 minute drive you can find 25 different courses.

Disney and Golf are the main attractions and so close ! From this small, quiet community you are only 5 minutes from the I4 highway and then 4 miles to the entrance to Disney World. The other Disney park attractions and MGM and Universal studios are all close by too. Seaworld and Discovery Cove are fantastic Anheuser-Busch water attractions in the area and even the fantastic Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 1 hour away from this ideal location.

Excellent owner, very easy to work with and good communication. I rented this house for a conference in the Disney area. Spotlessly cleaned, very convenient location to a second home we also rented. The location has shopping and restaurants either north by Disney or south in I-4. Grocery and other supplies are very close and convenient. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with the owner prior to the holiday. The villa itself was spotless and very comfortable - the best bed I have slept in away from home - and in a quiet area only 15 minutes drive (really!) away from Disney. We had more than enough room for a family of 4 - would comfortably sleep 8 - and it was excellent value for money. Everything was exactly as specified in the description, and more. The one query I had while on holiday (not a complaint) was dealt with quickly, and the local management company was very helpful. I am already planning a return visit and will definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends.
You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

The villa was stunning and very well laid out which made our stay very comfortable and felt like home. The villa is excellent in location being only a short distance from all Disney and Universal parks and International Drive which is great for food. The villa is also centrally located for visits to Clearwater Beach and Daytona beach both being just over an hours drive and plenty of shopping malls to choose from too just off the I-4. the villa owners are very helpful and friendly and sent us plenty of information on the area including directions from the airport. Our damages deposit was paid back into our account within days of returning to the UK. I would definatley recommend to family and friends and would love to go back myself in the near future.
