Spacious air conditioned duplex apartment close to the blue flag Mil Palmeras beach and with easy access from Murcia or Alicante Airports.The 3 bedroom apartment is an ideal location for a family summer holiday rental.There are many local restaurants but if guests are interested in self catering the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen.The lounge and dining area is comfortable & modern with a 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, dining table & 6 chairs.The apartment has satellite TV with English channels. There is a large sun terrace off the living area equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers so guests can relax in the sunshine.The apartment also has bathrooms on both floors. The complex has a large communal pool and a children's play area,tennis courts, 5 a side soccer pitch and basket ball court are all available on site.The apartment is close to the beach,restaurants or pubs and is an ideal location for a stress free holiday for families or a romantic location for couples.

Riomar is a lovely residential complex close to the town of Pilar de la Horadada and only a 15 minute drive from Murcia airport or 45 minutes from Alicante airport. It is a short walk to the beautiful Mil Palmeras blue flag beach and a selection of nice bars and restaurants. The complex has its own communal pool and a childrens play area, football pitch and tennis courts are available on site . While a car is recommended to take advantage of the beautiful countryside, there is also a bus service 150 meters from the apartment, that runs on a regular basis.

Notes: The property is a spacious two storey duplex apartment. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom,bathroom/shower room, living/dining room,separate kitchen and utility room. The living area leads onto a large fully furnished terrace. Upstairs has a double family bedroom and another twin bedroom. The patio doors from both rooms leading onto the solarium. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. There is a large outdoor swimming pool in the complex and the beach is approximately 500 metres away. There is also a children's play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court close to the apartment.

We stayed in this lovely modern house last month.The house is in an excellent location close to the beach and is ideal for a great relaxing holiday. There is a lovely marina, fantastic beaches and great restaurants within close walking distance. We look forward to returning again soon and will highly recommend to our friends.

We have stayed in this apartment a number of times over the past 2 years and each time we return we continue to be impressed by the high standard of the property and its location.

Its a great location for a family holiday with a lovely play area and pool.Close to the Mil Palmeras beach where you can relax during the day and some nice restaurants for dinner in the evening.We will return again next year.

We stayed in this apartment last Autumn and found a good location for a very nice end of year holiday.The apartment is close to wonderful beach where you can stroll in the Autumn sunshine and nice bars/restaurants to enjoy good food or a drink.The complex also has a lovely play area/pool and should be a great location for a family holiday.A location to visit for a good holiday.

Really nice large duplex apartment which was clean and well presented on our arrival.The agent was very nice and offered lots of advise about things that the family could do on our visit.The children especially enjoyed the lovely pool and childrens play area.The apartment is also close to the Mil Palmeras beach which is one of the best in the area.Everything you need for a great holiday is a short walk or drive away. Having found this apartment we will return again.

The first thing you notice on arrival is that the apartment is much larger than the usual holiday apartment and also that it is furnished to a high standard.The apartment is close to a lovely beach,nice restuarants and some great golf courses.We especially liked the large terrace where we sat out and enjoyed the sunshine from early morning.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing location for a holiday you need look no further than this apartment and as it is within 20 minutes drive of the airport you avoid the hassle of the long airport journey on the way home.
