I can't say enough about how fantastic this rental is! The house was very clean, the parking was awesome, and the owner is great! This house is literally steps from the sand and a beautiful location of Newport Beach and the street was quiet and very family friendly. This is a place that we will definitely return to year after year!

What a great beach house, very clean, well stocked, and the amount of parking is a huge plus. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for a wonderful week in beautiful Newport Beach!

Although this is a nice place, just a few things I'd like to mention:
Found the owner to be a bit ungracious. She texted us the house was ready for arrival when we got there she looked at us without a smile and told us it was not ready...
The parking alley is very narrow:an suv and midsize car do not fit well side by side if you want to open the doors at all...If 5 cars were in the driveway only the 2 cars at the end could get out.
There is 1 garage parking spot, but upstairs did not park there car there after the 1st day and I had to keep moving my car because they kept parking their SUV right next to my car/ making it hard for me to get in my car.
The owner also wanted us to use separate entrances into garage(washer, dryer) which was impossible, because upstairs stacked up beach chairs blocking our entrance to the garage.
I had spoken to the owner in Aug booking this rental: at that time she told me there would be 2 changes to the rental: 1. separate outside space and 2. tv in master bedroom. When we got there there was no tv in master bedroom, I asked her about it and she said she never said that....
A week after we left, she called to ask what our address was to send deposit? What? Doesn't she keep any kind of records?
Love this part of Newport Beach, but next year we will be going back to the 2 bedroom we normally rent. Just needed an extra room this year

A Slice of Heaven! Treat yourself to this charming and clean beach house!

This beach house has it all. It is located just a few houses from the beach. The sunsets were amazing. It had a nice beachy feel and was well maintained. We enjoyed the patio space for a few barbecues and relaxing time.The owners were friendly and accomodating. The convenient parking spaces were an added bonus. Overall a great experience.
