Disney Main Gate is just a couple of miles from Crayson Court, it is an exclusive gated community of 16 houses called Lindfield Reserve we have a Luxury 5 bed 5 en suite Villa. There are two shopping Malls within a couple of miles, plus a good selection of Restaurants, Chinese, Steakhouses, Pizza. There are at least 25 golf clubs in the Kissimmee Area. There are secure electronic gates to Lindfields reserve so only guests can enter, it's a safe place for children to play, No traffic.

Private, safe, convenient, excellent value, very well equipped.....very near perfect...and we can be a bit fussy. All these attributes were very important to us. This home could easily sleep 2 or 3 separate small family groups, all with great privacy! The layout is quite unusual by European standards but very practical, designed around the fabulous pool / hot tub / sun deck area which is the central feature of the house. Also loved the fast internet,cable TV and music system.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Sept 2009. Why on earth would anyone want to stay in a boring hotel when a lovely private property like this can be rented for a much better price ???

I would rate this property at 96 /100. Very highly recommended.

A great villa for a Disney holiday.

We have just returned from 3 weeks in the villa.
It was a holiday of a life time and the villa added to our experience.
It was an excellent location for us, not quite 5 mins from Disney but certainly 15 mins to the car park of Animal Kingdom.
It was ideal for a busy morning in the paks, back to the villa for lunch and a swim and back to the parks later. The owners were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The directions were accurate and we arrived directly into the villa with no problems at all.
It was clean and tidy with a unique layout, as mentioned before, which added to the holiday, a totally private pool area.
The location was very quiet, less than 20 houses all together. Gated community with the gates always closed, unlke some other areas. Never heard a sound from anyone.
If we are fortunate enough to holiday in Florida again, we will use this villa.

Stayed here for 10 days in June 09.

What a fantastic home in a superb location!!!

My party consisted of 7 people from 3 families and the facilities and spaciousness of the accomodation was ideal....the annexe bedroom being ideal for the grandfather of the party...and each bedroom with its own bathroom.

The house was equipped with all of the neccessities that a family could require, with a washing mashine, dryer, dish washer and even a stroller!!

The pool area was large, and it sure was very satisfying,after a long day at the parks, to be able to relax in the tub.

The location is ideal, being on US 192 only 5 miles from Disney, and within a short distance of US 27 and the I4.

Restaurants of all kinds are found in abundance on the 192, and we certainly took advantage of many of the family discounts available.

Margaret was very helpful throughout the selection and booking process and even took the trouble to phone whilst we were there.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would certainly go back again should the opportunity arise.

Week stay in Orlando during November

A very nice location to all of the Disney parks!

You are within a few miles to the main entrance. You can even cut through a back entrance, a few stop lights down the road, that gets you to the Animal Kingdom Lodge or the Animal Kingdom park before you know it.

We enjoyed our week stay in this nice home in Lindfields Reserve. Margaret was very nice to deal with and she answered her e-mails in a timely fashion.

This unique home was a great place to call home for a week while we toured the Orlando area. The gated complex made for a safe location. No construction in the area during our stay Fall 2008.

The 5 bedroom is even great for couples. The two back bedrooms make for a great place to stay in the master and use the other to keep luggage and an extra bathroom for getting ready. Larger groups can expand to the bedrooms in the front section--one is private with it own entrance and door to the pool area. Two other bedrroms are upstairs if needed. You do not even know they are there if you do not need--unless you would like to go up there to view out front or the pool area while in the small seating area.

The pool with hot tub and patio are very private--no overlook. Very unique floor plan--you will understand when you get there. The kitchen and living room are very nice. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer. When you come in the front door you will be walking into the patio then either take the door to the left for the private 1 bedroom area or take the door to the right to enter the garage (watch the step down there) to get over to the door that enters the living room. Several sets of sliding doors allow patio/pool access. The patio door alarm shut-offs are the little buttons by the doors--be sure to use before you go outside to the pool area. They are set high so little kids can not access--nice feature if you are worried that little ones might get out to the pool without your knowledge.

The gated complex also allows for short walks on quiet streets. We even got to see hot air balloons flying over on our last day as we left for the airport.

The internet access was a nice feature installed right before we got there.

We will stay there again if we ever get back to the Orlando area! Thanks Margaret for a nice home to call home during our stay!

PS--be sure to visit Gatorland and Discovery Cove--we also hit all four of the Disney parks during our week stay.
