The apartment is located in a safe open and accessible part of central Paris, close to many of the main attractions. Walking distance to Gare de Nord, Gare de L'Est and Gare St Lazare. It is 100m to Metro Poissoniere and 250m to Metro Cadet. There are Buses across the road. You can comfortably walk to Mont Martre, Sacre Coeur, Opera Garnier, The Follies Bergere, The Louvre, Notre Dame, Madeleine, Place de la Concorde and Ile de la Cite. There are a number of interesting and varied restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets in the local area, and it is well serviced by markets, supermarkets and grocers shops. There are a number of ATM within 100m and the post office is 100m away.

  • Rental rates are for 4 persons. Please contact for more than 4 persons.
    The cleaning/laundry charge is €70.00 per booking
    We are now able to accept payment by PayPal (+5%) which is cheaper and quicker than bank transfer and you don’t need an account to make the payment. Please ask if you prefer this method.
    We are happy to consider rentals any number of days, but the cheapest rental periods are 1 week or more.
    Rentals of 1, 2 and 3 days that fit between existing bookings may attract a small discount.
    Conversly, bookings of less than 3 nights that do not fit with existing bookings attract a small surcharge to cover the extra costs incurred with the cleaning and laundry and the breaking up of a potential weekly let..
    Please understand that our aim is for full occupancy, and our quotes will reflect that principle.
    Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am on your final day. These are industry standard and allow time to prepare the apartment for your arrival, and for the next guests
  • Rental periods of two weeks or more attract a further discount. This will of course be larger in lower seasons than in the higher seasons.
    We are happy to answer your questions regarding either the rental property or the destination. Its your holiday....ask away :-)
  • We require credit card details to secure the booking, and to hold as a guarantee against loss, damage or non payment. Should you prefer not to use your credit card, please add €500.00 to the first (or only) payment when wiring the money. This will be returned within two weeks to your preferred bank account by wire less fees, or by signed for insured mail in the currency of your choice less postage and exchange fees.

  • The shower room is fully tiled with a heated floor and shaver light and plug. there is a double sized shower cubicle and a high and low shower head. There is also a toilet and washbasin. the cloakroom has a toilet and vanity unit with washbasin, very useful if someone is showering! This second toilet has a tiled floor also. Both toilets have extractor fans .

  • The double bed is a kink size four poster bed with drapes at the back. The 3 single beds are all three foot beds with proper mattresses. The bed settee is double sized and has a sprung mattress. All the beds have comfortable mattresses. The bedrooms are separate rooms with their own doors....no odd arrangements as can be found in some apartments where you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other. The bathroom is separate and off the main hall, as is the kitchen and cloakroom.

No place like Paris for nourishing the soul!

Just a quick note to thank you for the use of your lovely apartment - Paris was as chic, beautiful and stylish as ever, and I was so pleased that the rest of the family enjoyed it as much as me (me being the francophile of the family!). It's just such a shame that Paris is so expensive - that's actually the only thing that puts me off!

We ate at Giovanni's on Sunday - what a fabulous gastronomic experience and I loved the street location and sitting by the olde worlde door of the apartment block. Must say the building is very Balzac/de Maupassant, don't you think? Loved the quirky winding staircase and slanting floor in the kids' room and covings and ceiling roses are so beautiful (are they originals or reproductions? Couldn't really tell they were so authentic). Only real complaint is maybe some lightweight quilts for the summer months wouldn't go amiss.

After I returned from Paris with all kinds of photos showing what a nice time we had, my parents decided they wanted to go!
I totally recommended your apartment and they are wondering about availability for May for next year. It is my mothers birthday in May so this is her present...they have never been to Paris before.
Please could you let me know if the apartment is available?

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Giovanni was very helpful and pleasant. He offered to assist with anything we needed and he was a joy to deal with.
Nice,clean and light filled flat. It is very close to 2 Metro stops and an easy walk to Gare Du Nord if you have to go there. I think it is good value accommodation for Paris. We were a party of 4 adults and there was ample room. For some reason the Wi Fi was not working and there were problems in the area,so we walked across the road to the park where it was working! It was actually very pleasant sitting in the sunny park using free Paris Wi-Fi!

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping on the doorstep and a lovely stroll to Sacred Coeur. Giovanni from the excellent restaurant next door was very helpful and welcoming in letting us in and showing around the apt. Overall, would recommend highly, with the only downside being some noisy neighbours and their TVs !
