This bright, sunny penthouse apartment is located just off the beach, so it's easy to pop back for a break from the sun as and when you need to. The open-plan living and dining area is full of light and space, whilst the outdoor terrace offers beautiful views of the sea - perfect for relaxing over a cool drink. The apartment is in the centre of Santa Maria, less than a minute's walk from shops, restaurants serving a varied selection of local and international cuisines, and what is probably the most beautiful beach in the world. This newly built, self-catering apartment has been sympathetically designed in the local style. Access is good with a gated entrance leading to a wide, airy atrium and staircase. For your added comfort we have added a few extras: hair-dryer, portable DVD player, MP3 speakers, books and games.

It's like having your own private box.
