You will live in a beautiful, charming, light and quiet apartment in an old building (fully renovated) in the heart of this prospering city! The apartment is 2 minutes away from the park Charlottenburg, which belongs to the world famous castle Charlottenburg. The subway is across the street, the airport Tegel is 4 bus stops away, the train station 'Zoo' is about 10 minutes away, the exhibition centre of Berlin is about 10 minutes away and the World Cup stadium is 15 minutes away. Enjoy the old beautiful timber floor which gives the apartment a unique character and an old oven which is no longer in use, in the living room. The entire building has been renovated with a lot of love for details. The kitchen is fully equipped for all Jamie Oliver fans and all the objects of utility are new or in a top state. For underlining the character of the apartment the furniture was picked very carefully. Expect more than the average holiday apartment with all the cheapest furniture you can find.

The flat is at the back of the building and is situated in the 4th story, so it is very light and very quiet. Enjoy the view of a green very large back yard.

Berlin war wiedermal eine Reise wert! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der netten Wohnungsverwalterin in Empfang genommen. Wir waren 4 Tage In der gemütlich eingerichteten, wirklich ruhig gelegenen, typischen Berliner Altbauwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch nötig hat (tolle Idee mit dem vorhandenen Kaffee bzw. Tee). Sie liegt außerdem zentral (direkt gegenüber S- und U-Bahn) und auch den Einkauf der Lebensmittel (Edeka-Markt um zwei Ecken) kann man sogar zu Fuß erledigen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat nützliche Tipps auf Lager. Ebenso ist er bemüht, die Wohnung in Abständen zu verschönern (schöne neue und bequeme Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer; die Küche soll im Nov. komplett renoviert werden). Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sightseeing in Berlin

Wir waren nach Pfingsten 2009 für 1 Woche in der Wohnung, super günstige ÖPNV-Anbindung, gute Ausstattung einschließlich Kaffee und Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad ist etwas eng, doch so Standard in Berlin. Der Wäschewechsel nach 3 Tagen hat uns überrascht. Super gemütlich im sonnendurchfluteten Zimmer zu faulenzen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter und freuen uns wieder auf Berlin, denn gesehen haben wir noch lange nicht alles was in den vielen Berlin-Büchern im Bücherschrank zu finden war.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Über Pfingsten zogen viele Vermieter mit den Preisen an. Ich habe mich gefreut, dass diese Wohnung bezahlbar blieb. Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Ich und auch meine jugendlichen Kinder nützten nach anstrengenden Besichtigungstouren, den Park zum Ausspannen. Kein Kneipenviertel, aber zu Fuß in 10 Min. finden sich nette Lokale. Gute Betreuung, gute Ausstattung. Die Betten sind, inkl. Schlafsofa von guter Qualität. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für 4 Personen. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Wunderbare Lage für eine kochende Großstadt

Ich bin nun schon zum dritten Mal in der Wohnung Olberstr. 6 in Charlottenburg gewesen und war wieder sehr angetan. Nicht nur dass wir sehr freundlich, unkompliziert (reisten früher per Bahn an, als angekündigt, Verwalterin war flexibel) und zuvorkommend empfangen wurden, sondern fanden die Wohnung sehr einladend vor. Sie liegt einfach sehr schön und verkehrsgünstig und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Man merkt erst, wenn man an der Straße aus der Tür geht, wo man ist. Nach dem in der Stadt verbrachten Abend haben wir eher noch Gemütlichkeit genossen, als rechtzeitig ins Bett zu gehen. Die Küche ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem nicht schlecht und der Vermieter hat eine anstehende Renovierung angekündigt. Waren sehr zufrieden, Danke! Kommen bestimmt zum vierten Mal.

"Super Service"

Ich war mit meiner Familie (drei Knöpfe) für einen Zeitraum von 10 Tagen in dieser Wohnung.
Meine Entscheidungsgründe waren folgende:
1.) Preisgünstig
2.) Gute Verkehrsanbindung (3minuten zur S-Bahn)
3.) Sehr gute, und sehr nette Unterstüzung durch den Vermieter und seine Hauswärterin.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie besprochen (extra Kinderbett usw).
Die besonderen kleinen Details wie zb. 2 Bademäntel, Zimmerbrunnen, Kaffeemaschiene möchte ich noch hervorheben.
Meine Familie und ich möchten uns nochmals für den super Service bedanken, und sagen bis bald.
