SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEW 4 BR HOME

My family and extended family stayed for UCSB graduation weekend and loved the place. The backyard is simply spectacular with to die for views, lots of seating, a BBQ and a hot tub. The place was spacious and cozy at the same time. We would definitely rent again. We only have two slight negatives: the kitchen is small and outdated so when you have a few people in there cooking or cleaning, it is cramped. The other is that the place is cluttered with knicknacks and other personal items. It makes the place homey, but also makes it hard to find a place for your own stuff. These are minor compared to the rest of the great things about the place. The large family table made family meals and playing games easy. Also, we loved the big screen t.v. for sports viewing and having access to a washer and dryer. There were plenty of extra sheets and towels to use. Overall, an excellent experience.

We rented this house for 4 couples over a weekend. The great room and deck with the ocean view are incredible!! We had such a good time just winding down and enjoying each others company. The jacuzzi was relaxing. There is plenty of seating on the deck and a stove with a supply of fire logs for when the evening turned chilly. There are 2 grocery stores within easy walking distance. The pictures are very accurate on the VRBO site. I would highly recommend this home - there is everything you need and the owners are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The view from the brand new "great room" is fantastic, and it is so sunny and open. The master bedroom has views of the ocean and stars from the bed, the jacuzzi is so relaxing, and the patio is wonderful for entertaining. It was even better than we had hoped! We went cycling, visited the Santa Barbara zoo and the Mission, all of which were very interesting and worthwhile. We would highly recommend this home, and hope to visit it again soon.
