French doors and windows keep the home bright and warm. There are hardwood floors throughout the home and five separate areas for sleeping, three rooms newly carpeted.
New remodel includes 58-inch HD Plasma TV with Home Theatre acoustics and addition speakers in the Great Room and outside by barbeque and spa.

Rosie and I fell in love with Santa Barbara after a number of visits in the 1970s. Now we have lived here for 32 years, we never get tired of being here. The weather is always great and there are so many activities from restaurants, to wine tours, to hiking and sightseeing all within a short distance.
