Newly Refurbished 2 bed apartment in Period Building, Surrounded by Main Sites

Locations do not get much better than this. Situated in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by the Plaza de Toros, the Guadalquivir River and La Maestranza Opera House. Seville's most famous tapas bars and restaurants are on your door step. The building has a roof terrace with phenomenal views across the skyline including one of the Giralda which is just 2 minutes away. The famous Semana Santa parades come directly under the apartment windows and it is a short walk from the Feria district. The apartment has recently been refurbished and has fine high ceilings, wooden floors and French windows to the street. All rooms have air-con, very important in Seville!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sevilla

Our family enjoyed staying in this apartment very much. It is spacious, clean, sunny, and comfortable. Conveniently located in the heart of old Sevilla, within walking distance of the river, historic sites, shopping, the university, parks, and tapas bars. We had balcony views of matadors arriving for the bullfights every night, and night-time views of the Cathedral from the roof are spectacular! We had a slight problem with the shower, and the manager sent someone over right away and a plumber came by the next day to fix the problem. There is a food market nearby, but the directions provided in the apartment were confusing and it took us awhile to find it (plus, be aware that it closes by 5 pm). We highly recommend this apartment!

Lovely apartment in central location

This is my second visit to this very comfortable apartment . Everything you need is provided or on hand. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is attartive and excellent for exploring the city - only 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and the Alcazar and 2 minutes walk to the river . There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants in the area and there are food markets within 10 minutes walk. I would be happy to stay here again.

We can recommend this apartment very highly. The location is superb, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, even with two children. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Key collection couldn't have been easier, the Spanish lady who met us was helpful and friendly.

What a Perfect Stay

Hi Joe,

Just a note to say how my mother-in-law (age 74!) and I enjoyed our time in your beautiful apartment, the sun was teaming in every morning when we opened the shutters. The Internet access was superb and never let us down. As always the apartment was immaculately clean and the views from the terrace were stunning. After visiting Seville 6 times since last September, your apartment on Antonio Diaz is without doubt my favourite and the location is just a short walk to everything, including the Cathedral, museums, walks along the river and the thousands of tapas bars. Please also thank Manuela for letting us drop our cases off early.

We are looking forward to our next visit in April for the Feria de Abril festival.

A lovely traditional building in Seville

We stayed here for a week in May/June 2011, a family of four with two children aged 9 and 8. The apartment is in the old part of Seville right next to the bullfighting ring and a short walk from the Alcazar, cathedral and the river. It is a longer walk to the new part of town, where the main shopping district is, and about a kilometre to a reasonable sized supermarket.

As others have said, it is a noisy part of town, but the new soundproofing windows mean that sleeping is fine (you can still hear the noise, but it isn't disturbing). Seville is hot, even in late Spring, early summer, so we were very grateful for the air conditioning.

The only small problem we had was check in, at first Manuela couldn't open the main doors with the keys (they need a fair bit of jiggling and patience, which had us a bit worried!). Manuela doesn't speak english, so her and our miming skills were tested, but we got the apartment figured out fine in the end.

The living space in the apartment isn't enormous, but it was big enough for the four of us and the kitchen was well enough equipped to cook most of our meals.
