The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The master en-suite bedroom also has a sliding patio door leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. Secured underground parking with lift takes you right up to the apartment. This is a gated complex with entry phone. Whether you are a family on holiday, golfers enjoying a break, or older clients looking for an extended stay, with its all year round good climate this apartment is perfect.

This apartment in a quite area in the heart of the Costa del Sol, is surrounded by a host of leisure facilities. Many golf courses close by and driving range opposite means golf lovers are spoilt for choice, no wonder the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf. Marbella with its beautiful streets and squares is a 10 min drive. Puerto Banus with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, casino, night life and expensive yachts is a short drive away. San Pedro with its quaint streets and squares is within easy walking distance. A host of amenities including restaurants, banks and a supermarket are at the end of the road. The beach is a 5 min drive down the road with many bars and restaurants for your use. A fantastic cable skiing facility is close by that the whole family will enjoy. The fantastic Selwo Animal Safari Park is not far and a must see for all ages. Gibraltar is only a 30 min drive down the coast where you can shop, sight see or get a boat over to Morocco.

  • A deposit of 25% secures the accommodation and full payment is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £200 refundable security deposit is also taken at this stage.
  • Saturday is a preferred changeover day, this can be flexible. Check in is from 4pm check out by 10am. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage at the apartment outside of these hours. Additional costs will be incurred for check in after 9pm.

The property was clean,well maintained and well equipped and furnished.
The complex is of a good build standard and quiet.
It is conveniently situated.
We will recommend the apartment to friends and will keep the details for a future visit to the area.
The owner was very helpful with our late booking.
