Immaculate two bedroom villa with large patio area with barbecue, sun beds, table and chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge-diner, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with shower,bath and bidet. There is a safe for your valuables. The 2 pools are cleaned daily and sun beds are provided. There are spectacular views of the 'Montana Roja' (Red Mountain) which provides a lovely walk. Alegranza is situated in the beautiful Playa Blanca which is a mere 5 mins drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The villa is equipped to a very high standard including TV, DVD, CD / Radio, crockery, glasses, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby's cot and high chair. We have fold-up chairs to take to the beach and a variety of beach toys. All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is awaiting you on arrival. We recommend a car which we can help with rental and get a good price! Our housekeepers change towels twice weekly and beds weekly. No stag/hen parties

Salano: We have a fully enclosed Salano which contains the washing machine, ironing facilities, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and cooler box. You only need to bring beach towels.

Outside: There is a substantial patio area which is south facing. There is a large shaded area offering protection for those wanting to keep out of the sun. At the front there is private parking and access to the 2 pools.

Pools: There is a large communal pool with sunbeds for your use. The children's pool is situated a safe distance away from the large pool. Both pools are cleaned daily.

Other Activities: We now have a bus route every 30mins. Come within 5 mins walk from villa. Takes you all around Playa Blanca.

A lovely relaxing villa, with great Managers Liz & Glen who were most helpful. Only 20 minute walk to sea front. All the promenade from the lighthouse to the new marina is quite spectacular. Also a climb up the red mountain which is directly behind the villa is a must, the views are wonderful. Taxis & buses were available from near the villa but we prefered to walk. The whole Island was interesting with lots to see & do. Also easy to catch a ferry to another Island for the day. Next time we go we will join the ramblers to explore even more. Thanks Sandra & Jerry you obviosly like your guests to be well looked after.

Had a great holiday and the villa added to this greatly .There was a welcome pack upon arrival which was good Glen and liz who look after the villa were a great help,anything we enquired about they helped out,also suggested places to see and do.The villa was spottless in a great location just far enough way from centre.Would recomend this villa to anyone,you would not be dissapointed at all.Also big thanks to sandra and gerry,they were very helpful with the booking of the villa.Looking forward to going back.

The villa was perfect; spotlessly clean and obviously very well looked after by Liz and Glen (and an awesome welcome pack that was just what we needed late at night after a long journey).

Great location, quiet and out of the way but not too far to get anywhere. You can walk to the resort centre (we did once) but it took us a while so would say car is best.

Beach furniture, toys and a cool box were provided, which was really useful. You will need some shade on the beaches!

Montana Roja (behind the villa) is well worth a climb. Would also recommend Papgayo beaches early in the morning and the marina at Calerno (a recommendation from Glen: take bread to feed the fish!).

All-in-all had a great time and this villa is great for a couple or family with young children.

Family holiday in Playa Blanca

Fantastic accommodation in a small complex ideal for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Everything described in the advertisement is spot on and I would definitely like to revisit.

The owners Gerry and Sandra were extremely helpful and provided lots of good advice, the villa managers at the resort also were extremely friendly and helped make our stay a great family holiday.

The resort was also very good with plenty of choice of supermarkets / restaurants all within a short drive.

The beaches were excellant and very safe for small children.

Playa Blanca is also ideally situated with only short drives to visit landmarks around the island, we particularly enjoyed the volcano tour & camel rides.

On the whole it is highly recommended!

A wonderfully relaxing location,for a quiet holiday,but only 5 minutes drive from all the resturants,bars beaches and facilites of playa blanca.The villa itself was spotlessly clean and equiped with everything you could possibly need,villa may definatley exceeded our expections! The swimming pool was beautiful and only yards from the villa. The managers were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.we would definatley reccomend this accomodation and loved the resort which has lots to do for families and couples alike but hasnt yet been over developed and spoilt. we do reccomend hiring a car as it is a good walk to the resort centre. thankyou for a great holiday helen and andrew.
