This Sanctuary Villa at Hawks Cay was top to bottom renovated in March 2012. We've moved everything out and brought everything new in!
We offer - the cleanest most well kept villa you will every stay in. After each guest, the villa is cleaned top to bottom and everything is sanitized down to the remote controls for each tv. There are bed bug covers on the box springs of each bed and the villa is sprayed weekly with environmentally friendly product.

Master with a king size bed, bath & a private sitting/sleep area off the master.
2nd bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Each with their own bath and lanai
Downstairs bedroom w/ queen bed and full bath on first floor, great for people unable to climb stairs.
Private pool for hours of enjoyment
All of the beds have pillow top firm mattresses.
Flatscreen televisions in every bedroom
Kitchen features everything you need for cooking, fixing a drink or having a cup of coffee.
Park you car in our private car port.
Have a boat, no problem, bring it. We have a 35 foot deep water dock and it's just a hop, skip & a jump away from the villa.
Visit the world class spa at Hawks Cay resort just around the corner from the villa, or take a tennis lesson from one of the pros of Clyde Drysdale Tennis. Rent a boat, go parasailing, water skiing, kite boarding, any and all of the water sports available right out of the Marina of Hawks Cay Resort. Ask me about the company that we recommend that will bring bikes & kayaks delivered to your front door. We also have a company who we recommend boat rentals.
Enjoy world class restaurants located at the Hawks Cay Resort. Visit the bar at Alma, known for making one of the best mojitos in the Florida Keys. Visit the Tiki Bar and the new restaurant located at the main pool of Hawks Cay Resort. Both are new. We have visited them and can recommend them. There are several other restaurants that we recommend, just ask.
Best of all come back to the villa after a day of seeing the Keys and relax on the large lanai with your own private pool!!

Relax knowing we have a wonderful lady that just lives on the residential Island behind the Hawks Cay Resort and can make sure everything is there for your needs. She'll leave you a special welcome basket for your arrival.
We are also eco-friendly. We provide eco-friendly products (Caldrea) for the kitchen and bath along with products from the dead sea for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Rental is for the villa only.
