Sao Vicente is a small volcanic island with a surface area measuring only 227sq. km. Mindelo is one of the most beautiful and picturesque cities of Cape Verde. Sao Vicente offers very good conditions for the practice of water sports and sport fishing. Baia de S.Pedro is excellent for surfing, windsurfing and the calm waters of the natural lagoon of Baia das Gatas is greatly recommended for swimming. It's worth visiting the city of Mindelo for its liveliness, with life music in the streets and in the local bars, as well for the cultural alternatives that are offered to the visitor. The two most popular feasts of Cape Verde take place in Sao Vicente, namely the Carnival and Baia das Gatas Music Festival, the former takes place in February and the latter during the weekend of full moon, in the month of August every year. Sao Vicente has a population of 74.000 inhabitants approximately. Fresh fish and seafood is the mainstay of the traditional Cape Verde gastronomy.
Sao Vicente is one of the biggest spot in the world for the blue marlin fishing, yellow fin, sharks, wahoo, etc. We have 2 fishing boats, a Bertram 33 and a Pace 40. We sell packages or just a fishing day. We cal also organise excursions to the other islands.
Golf: Golf field available (18 holes)
Other Activities: Big Game fishing, excursions by car and by boat.
