Stunningly architectural gem of a home with all new remodel just completed. Designer touches and finishes everywhere - GRANITE, STAINLESS, SLATE, NATURAL WOODS, DESIGNER FURNITURE, PRIVATE POOL.

Location is in the heart of hip and happening Tatum and Shea Corridor where multi-million dollar homes abound in addition to the best restaurants and entertainment. Award winning golf courses are also within walking distance.

The home is a very spacious and airy 2,000 sq feet with three bedroom and two bath home in quiet and very safe neighborhood. The Master suite with king-sized bed, large soaking tub, walk in slate tiled shower and double vessel hand carved stone sinks is large with its own French doors leading to the outdoor covered patio and pool. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms feature queen size - all High-quality Sealy mattresses.

The home has undergone a ten month remodel with new windows, doors, kitchens, bath, electrical, flooring and plumbing. It is essentially a new home with modern and contemporary flair.

The home features state-of-the-art stainless appliances, granite kitchen, recessed sinks, tiles imported from Asia, teak columns, bedrooms with French walkout doors, and several floor to ceiling glass windows to make this light and bright.

Fixtures from chandeliers to door knobs and home decor are all designer series. The home has an exquisite collection of original art from around the world from the owner's collection.

This home is unique in that it truly combines indoor and outdoor living. Four sets of French doors lead to outside patios. The front 700 square foot covered patio with old world cobblestone and slate wood burning fireplace features large teak lounging day beds, recessed lighting and mounted fans. It is an ideal location for meditation and relaxation.

The back patio is truly stunning and over 1100 square feet that leads onto the pool. The patio is covered and features large sitting areas, dining for ten and a barbeque that will delight.

The home also features three mounted LCD high definition televisions with Direct TV and hundreds of channels to choose from. The home has wireless wi fi internet for your use. Netflix is available too for your enjoyment at no additional charge. You will find the home fully stocked with fine linens, deluxe towels, spa robes, and quality Sealy mattresses for a good night sleep. Furniture is designer including large sectional, teak dining tables and chandeliers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for making a scrupulous gourmet meal or casual dining.

New front load washer and dryer are included inside the home.

More on the location: This is the place you want to be for location. Just minutes from airport, downtown, Scottsdale and the finest restaurants, championship golf courses, and shopping. You can walk to some restaurants and golf. In addition, hundreds of miles of hiking trails are near including the popular Piewesta Peak and Camelback Mountain hiking areas. Paradise Valley Mall is within walking distance and Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Biltmore Mall are all within 10 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: The months of December-May fill up very quickly. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have a signed contract, you have paid the deposit monies required (and we have received the monies) and your reservation is CONFIRMED by us via email with a confirmation number. We do not hold reservations without the proper process as outlined above.

ON RATES: We prefer at least a seven night minimum but will consider other lesser time frames of four or five days but at a higher rate. High season is November - May. Low season is June - October. We offer a discount beyond seven days. Holidays are quoted at a higher rate. Our calendar is up to date on the website so check availability.

Please note that there is a private pool at this home and it is not heated at this time. Late March, April and onward into the summer usually provide enough heat from the sun to make the pool enjoyable. Please also note that the reviews talk about a hot tub outside. There is no longer a hot tub outside at this time at this home.

The pool is large and beautiful. There is a brown mesh safety fence around the pool for safety that we are required to have for child safety. The fence is aesthetically pleasing.

Everything is at your fingertips including golf, the Phoenix Zoo, Phoenix Art Museum, Water Parks, the best shopping and an elaborate choice of fine restaurants.

Excellent and safe location.....

Terry's beautiful, well stocked house is located just off #51 and E. Shea and allows quick access to East Valley destinations. Taliesin West and hiking in McDowell are 15-20 minute drives taking the 'scenic route', Musical Instrument Museum (a must see) and Old Town Scottsdale were about 10 minutes. Everything you could want from a shopping perspective is available on Cactus, E. Shea and Tatum which are a few minutes away.
The amenities in the house are excellent with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen and a large yard with distinct front and rear sitting areas under cover on a very spacious (.41 acre) lot.
We ate in most nights of our 2 week stay so shopped at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Albertson's and especially Fry's which are all located at E. Shea and Tatum, less than a 5 minute drive and easily walkable. I BBQ'd and we dined outside almost every evening at the large wooden table so can't recommend too many restaurants (although there seemed to be quite a few) in the immediate area but Old Town Scottsdale is a major entertainment area with lots of well regarded eating establishments.
There are countless golf courses in the area with varying price levels. Well watered and manicured clubs charge more but are worth it. We played a round at Legends and it was rock hard but cheap ($58 with cart).
There's an overwhelming number of things to see and do in the E Valley, let alone the rest of metro Phoenix, and we are planning to return in November to rent this modern, nicely renovated property again.

Good location, really nice house, nice stay

We stayed here for a week in August and we were glad the AC worked great! We came for some meetings and were happy there were a lot of restaurants close and everything we needed so we did not have to drive all over. We ended up staying the weekend and extending our stay even in the heat. The inside of the house is even nicer than the pics. The pool was obviously great but also nice to stay in a house that is a new remodel with all stuff. With the many fans outside on we could sit outside in the evenings even in the heat. The house has lots of outdoor sitting areas and also these outside teak day beds for kind of lounging around outside. We have been looking to find one for our house ever since. Anyway great place and we want to come back when it is not so hot.

Great home!

We just returned from a week in Scottsdale/Phoenix for spring training. This home is ideally situated for going to baseball games (Phoenix Municipal and Giant's). Also, close to shopping and restaurants. Only a block from Safeway and CVS. We had our basset hound with us and she enjoyed lying in the beautiful yard. There is a wonderful hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and large screen tv's throughout the home. The kitchen is very accomodating and well supplied with everything one might need. I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely return.

We came to Phoenix to visit some friends who live in the Biltmore area. This house was close to them so we chose it based mainly on location. This was a great choice. The house underwent an extensive remodel recently yet kept the mid century modern bones. My wife likes mid century modern architecture so it was fun for her to research Ralph Haver and his influence in the Phoenix area. The house feels like a loft and has an open floor plan, but each of the rooms is private. Most of the rooms open to the outside of the house so we had the doors open to the great weather most of the time. Nice touches too like robes in every room. Anyway, we will book again next time we are in town.

Great Location, good eats and good golf close

I came for five days with some buddies to play some golf. This is a great place. There are lots of courses near by and after a day on the course we could walk to restaurants and not bother with the car and finding a place to eat. The hot tub works great and we used it alot. The place is really really nice and i usually dont write reviews but Terry the owner was great and the place is just as advertised. We booked for next year.
