Stunning architectural Malibu Estate offers magnificent unobstructed views on 2 private acres with cypress & olive trees lined gated drive. The finest imported Italian limestone, copper, mahogany & travertine grace the exterior of the residence. A 20 foot long sheet of waterfall pours into a circular shape infinity pool/spa that wraps around the residence and butts right next to it. Living room has a disappearing wall of glass that consists of 21 ft. wide X 12 ft. high bi-folding french doors that invites the exterior vineyard views from inside. Each of the 4 spacious bedroom suites offer private decks & beautiful bathrooms with state of the art fixtures, bathtubs, & steam sauna showers, with beautiful marble & inlaid mosaics. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with Sub Zero glass refrigerator, full height Viking wine cooler, double Viking ovens, a brick & copper pizza oven, even a gourmet cooking island with illuminated faucet & built in wave shaped iced beverage sink to keep refreshments cold. View your favorite films in a luxuriously appointed 8 speaker surround sound screening room that has 18 automated leather reclyning seats with sub-woofers under each individual seat and concession stand at entry. About The Owner

We are husband & wife team of Malibu. Local architect and builder for over 24 years. We enjoy building exquisite estates for ourselves & clients alike & built this mansion (Villa Shiraz) for primarily our own use in year 2007. We would love to have other guests share & enjoy memorable time in Villa Shiraz & its mountain/vineyard views.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2007
Why The Owner chose Malibu

As mentioned earlier, we purchased the land, designed and built this estate from ground up since we are local architect and builders. We fell in love with its location surrounded by vineyards and its unobstructed panoramic mountain, vineyard, Saddle Peak & canyon views.

What makes this villa unique

Watching our favorite movies in the most sophisticated indoor theaters ever built, swimming in the infinity pool and used of spa wrapping around the Villa (butting right next to it). Enjoy wine tasting from your own private wine cellar while watching some of the most amazing sunsets overlooking a glorious panoramic unobstructed mountain & canyon views, the neighboring vineyards and Saddle Rock. We've enjoyed making our own pizzas, breads, etc., in the wood burning pizza oven and entertaining families and friends. Great place for entertainment.

Great Energy

Rented the property for 3 months in 2013 and had a beautiful stay. The property is in a unique location and made a superb quiet environment for my creative line of work. We were lucky enough to be treated by Mehrdad and his spouse with a full on pizza party, home prepared in the special wood oven installed at the house. Looking forward to hopefully return in the future.

Our stay at the Villa Shiraz was great! The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. Our stay was very easy and warm as management was kind, accommodating and well-prepared. I'd highly recommend this home for any group's visit to Malibu.

We rented the villa for our wedding on 10/06/12. The property is simply breathtaking. To this day, the guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the villa was. The owners, Rosie, Mehrdad and their daughter Roya were the most considerate and accomodating hosts. We highly recommend the villa and we can't wait to stay here again. Wonderful Property !!!!!

Villa Shiraz exceeds all expectations . This property is simply breathtaking . This is the second property that i have rented from Mehrdad and his wife , equal if not superior in almost every way to " Villa Calcare " this redefines the concept of luxury . The indoor space is extensive and beautifully appointed . The bathrooms upstairs have jacuzzi tubs and steam showers . The large heated pool is delightful . The " chefs kitchen " super impressive . The children found the 20 seater home theater a perfect retreat . Bedrooms are spacious and well furnished . Clean and presented perfectly this outstanding property really sets the standard for future rentals . The views across the valley are just beautiful . Mehrdad and his wife were wonderfully accommodating and a pleasure to work with , my personal thanks to them both for another memorable stay . Thank you , kindest regards , Julian and Family .

The Best 40th Birthday Ever

Villa Shiraz was the best experience ever, the owners Mehrdad and Rosie are awesome. The house is gorgeous beyond wonderful. My friends and guest enjoy the magnificient views, infinity pool, theatre room and everything else this home has to offer. My friends can't stop talking about the great experience they had. Thanks to Mehrdad the owner took time out of his busy schedule to come and make the best pizzas we ever had in their awesome wood burning oven. I would recommend this home to anyone we really enjoyed it, and will be back to rent again in the future. I had the best birthday anyone could imagine possible. I really loved this home and it's a great place to relax or have a get together with friends. This is definitely a 5 star home with all the bells and whistle.
