Quality linens are provided and the unit also has a new HE washer and dryer for your convenience.

The minute I walked into our Kailua Kona condo and saw the gorgeous ocean view, I knew this was the place for us! We are right in the middle of everything and enjoy leisurely walks by the bay, to the shops and to a variety of restaurants.
There are so many wonderful things we enjoy about our Kona Bay Hideaway! The view of the ocean from our lanai, watching the dolphins play, the cruise ships and activities in the water, the convenience of being in the heart of Kona and in walking distance of everything, the variety of restaurants and shops, the pool, being beside the Mokuaikaua Church and across the street from Hulihee Palace! What's not to love?
Jinger and Roger have the most complete condo/apartment we have ever rented. Everything you would have stocked and available in your home plus all the beach equipment (excluding snorkeling gear) you could ever want is there. The kitchen even has a complete junk drawer, just like home, although, it was missing rubber bands. There was nothing we needed to purchase except food (and beer and wine).
The location in Kailua-Kona is perfect for walking to almost anything you want to explore in town.

What an awesome place. Location was the absolute best. Wish we could have spent our whole vacation here. Will definitely keep this place at the top of our list for return visits. So glad we found it . Thanks for all the good tips especially the rental car place we're able to use for our car on Maui too. The Kaloko-Honokohau park that was only 4 miles away with the sea
turtles was great. I will have to say you are both the best we have ever booked with and we use VRBO all of the time. Thank you for providing such an excellent place to stay.

To start with, the location couldn't have been better. So close to town and walking distance to shops, beaches, and restaurants. The condo was very well furnished and comfortable and Jinger was such a pleasure to work with. She accommodated our every need.
We were only in town for a couple of days to visit friends. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
My partner and I had the BEST time in Kona and a lot of it had to do with this property. Nicely furnished (OMG the bed was incredible), amazing view, safe and secure (L-O-V-E the underground garage), and perhaps located on the best part of the Ali'i Drive. Jinger was beyond amazing and incredibly responsive whenever I contacted her, the neighbors were full of aloha, and the manager (Rose) was on top of the smooth running of the complex.
When they say this place is "fully stocked" they mean it (well, you do need to supply your own adult beverages, LOL!). It was sooooooo awesome to not have to go to the store to purchase toiletries, spices, and paper products that are usual purchases you need to get for yourself when renting condos (if you rent this place, please don't take everything or expect them to supply you will additional stock items if you run out...also feel free to "pass it forward" and leave whatever you purchase that you don't want to take back home...Heather, the awesome housekeeper will put it to good use for future renters). Also their beach gear was awesome (note, you will need to rent your own snorkeling gear which is literally located a block away).
I cannot say enough about this property and the owners...all I know is that we will be back and we will be staying here (if I didn't jinx myself and it becomes booked up). loved, Loved, LOVED this rental!!!
