This is a beautifully decorated home with private pool and hot tub, a wonderful back yard with a beach path conveniently located just steps away that leads to a vast, quiet, and stunning beach. The upper level has a screened in porch overlooking the pool with a partial view of the ocean. The porch has a seating area for lounging and a breakfast table which seats four, perfect for playing cards. Also on the upper level is a living room with TV and stereo, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and bath, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed and bath. The lower level has a common area with TV, two couches and a trundle bed -- a great area for kids to 'get away from it all'. Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with a pair of twin beds and TV/VCR. Downstairs there is a laundry room and two full bathrooms across the hall from the bedrooms.

The home is in the perfect location! You can relax around the pool or take a 100 yard walk to the beach and watch the sunset, play bocce ball or paddle ball, spot dolphins playing in the water or count the turtle nests as you walk along the beach. It is just a three minute walk to South Beach Marina where you will find small shops and the Salty Dog restaurant or where you can rent bikes at South Beach Racquet Club and take short bike rides (15 to 20 minutes) to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. There is tennis at South Beach Racquet Club and golf at the many island golf courses including Harbour Town. There is also great boating and many fine restaurants.

Nice beach house in Sea Pines

We stayed at 4 Brown Peligan for a week over New Years and had an absolutely wonderful time! The location of the house is excellent - very close to the beach with dolphins 5-10 feet from the beach everyday, clay court tennis and South Beach Village. There is plenty of room in the house for a large family or two families. We would love to stay at this house again.

Wonderful place for a multi generational family holiday! Plenty of space; large, fully equipped kitchen. Layout includes areas where everyone can get together and has space for smaller groups who wish to do their own thing. Beautifully landscaped in a gorgeous setting, just a few yards' private access to the beach and a couple of blocks from South Beach.

Wonderful time was had by all!

Great second story main floor with beautiful porch overlooking lovely tropical scenery and pool. The main floor includes two large bedrooms (with private baths), kitchen, and family room, The porch was screened, shady, and cool -- a perfect place for relaxing and dining. We had such a good time with walks on the beach (only 1/2 block away) and walks to South Beach Marina (only 2 blocks away). South Beach offers shopping, tennis, bike rentals, and restaurants. We also loved swimming and sitting around the pool.

We couldn't have found a place we enjoyed any more than we did for our family vacation.

My family and In-Laws stayed at this home the last week of August and it was wonderful! The layout of the home is perfect for 2 families and includes 2 family rooms for hanging out and watching TV/Movies. All necessary tools are stocked in the kitchen, the screen porch which overlooks the pool and gives a beautiful view of the ocean is a fantastic place for evening cocktails. Also LOVE THE PETS ALLOWED POLICY. We plan to return next year!
