Casa Palma Azul is Rincon's newest luxury rental. This 11,000+ sq. ft. luxury home will shelter you in style while you are busy making memories for you and your family and friends to enjoy for years to come! This casual, but elegant home is a stone's throw from the beach but close enough to see and hear the ocean from every room in the house. A few minute walk finds you with your toes in the sand and the sun on your cheeks. Located just off of Road 413(beach side), 'The Road to Happiness', Casa Palma Azul is easy to access and beautifully located.

The home has outstanding outdoor areas with a large and beautiful private swimming pool with plenty of space to lounge and relax. Fully gated and lushly landscaped, it also has an outdoor pizza oven, charcoal rotisserie grill, built-in outdoor propane grill with 4 burner cooktop located outside first floor kitchen. There is a gazebo, veranda and large pergola located in pool for those seeking shade.

The house has three floors with views of the sunsets over the ocean. Wide, expansive verandas flank the front and back of all 3 floors and are fully furnished with dining tables and chairs as well as comfortable sofas, chaises, chairs and cocktail tables. Five spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (1 shower is located outside on first floor and is private w/hot&cold water) throughout the house allows everyone the privacy they need on all 3 floors. All bedrooms are air-conditioned as are the 2nd and 3rd floor living room areas when veranda doors are closed. The 2nd floor gourmet kitchen has all the amenities one needs to prepare any type of meal. This floor also has an office area equipped with wireless internet access and a printer/scanner. On the first floor adjacent to the pool area, guests will find a second kitchen for easy access to snacks and cold drinks as well as an outdoor built-in grill and cooktop located just outside the kitchen. The laundry room is also located on the first floor as well as a half bath, outdoor shower, a bedroom, and a large living area. The 3rd floor living room is equipped with a large-screen satellite TV as well as an extensive DVD collection and game collection.

The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has its own satellite TV and a large, private seating area.

There is off-street parking for six cars in a well-gated area. The house is equipped with a back-up generator in case of electrical outages and also a back-up water supply.

Casa Palma Azul has a beautiful view of the famous surfing beach, Dogmans, located just north of the Tres Palmas Marine Preserve and just south of the Rincon Lighthouse. Beach access is just a steps away from the beach. Some of the best surfing beaches in the Caribbean are all within walking distance. In the summer and fall enjoy beautiful snorkling and paddle-board beaches at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve just a 10 minute walk down the beach.

This home will help make wonderful memories for you, your family and friends. This is the perfect relaxing and quiet location to unwind and enjoy the real Puerto Rico. Close to all Rincon has to offer.

No pets allowed. Please enjoy smoking, but only in the outside areas. Must be 25 years or older and present to rent this house. Not suitable for unaccompanied students. Stay 7 nights or longer and save the cleaning fee of $350.00. 7 night stay required for major holidays. Please email or call for availability! Villa occupancy is 10 people maximum.

I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to relax in a paradise palace! I was surprised with this unbelievable home by my husband for my 40th birthday. Several of our closest friends accompanied us and there was plenty of room for everyone. There are three floors with bedrooms on each floor to spread out. Every room in this home has a unique decorative style, that I personally love. There are three kitchen areas to pick from, one being outside with an unlimited amount of kitchen accessories to pick from. There are several balconies throughout the front and back of the home that over look the amazing scenery that surrounds you.
An unbelievable salt water pool with plenty of patio space to enjoy the beautiful weather. It will keep you relaxed until the sun goes down. You may also take a walk down to the beach and collect some shells while you embrace the crystal blue water.
Although this home is a must stay it would not of been half as amazing without their incredible Home Manager Annette! She helped make our stay out of this world! Annette had our home stocked with items of our choice, gave advice about many questions we had and she's even a licenced massage therapist. Annette recommended a chief that came to the house and prepared a cocktail hour and dinner we'll never forget. Annette continually conducts herself with the utmost professionalism during our stay. She is truly part of Rincon's paradise! Thank you Annette!

Paradise for the 3 days we stayed, the home was more beautiful than the pictures depicted. Very comfortable & clean. Highly recommend to friends & family. One of my favorite vacatons ever. We were lucky enough to meet Annette, the property manager. Thanks to her we didn't need or want for anything!

Beautiful home

I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a five star place to stay! My group was there for a wedding and found this house because of its proximity to the wedding location and we were so lucky to have found it!!! Beautifully decorated, seemingly brand new and well stocked kitchens with stainless steel and granite, clean and beautiful pool, great views, comfy rooms including large bathrooms...I could go on and on about the house. Short walk to the beach, but our group stayed mainly at the pool. Also, there is a great property manager who was very helpful and welcoming. I would never stay anywhere else!!!

This home is ASTONISHING and a MUST-STAY!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying here for our honeymoon (April 23-30), along with 4 other couples. I could not have been happier with our stay. The home is breathtaking and super large with plenty of space for your own privacy. It was so beautifully decorated with everything you could image!! The kitchens, yes, 2 kitchens, were filled with everything you would could ever need in a "kitchen"!! The grounds, pool and outside cook areas were wonderful too!! Thank you Annette for your warm hospitality and helping us get to know such a pretty location of Puerto Rico. We will surely be back.

I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the best vacation home ever! The service and amenities exceeded our expectations. The house is even better than the photos. The location is in the center of everything in Rincon and just a few steps from the beach. Awesome!
