Just 20 mins to RSW International Airport. Sleeps four comfortably in a king-sized double and a twin bedroom. Covered parking, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, separate laundry facilities, and a cable TV in 3 rooms. There is even a small study/library for quiet reading or watching TV. Worthington Country Club, a golf course gated community, between Naples and Fort Myers, one mile east of exit 116, State Highway 75. Fifteen miles to RSW International Airport. If the Club's golfing, pools and tennis don't satisfy, only 5 miles away are Bonita's talcum sand beaches, excellent for swimming, scuba, sailing and other water sports, boat rentals and shelling, or romantic sunset walks. See exotic wildlife - manatees, exquisite bird-life, alligators (in every lake in South Florida!), or head south to the Everglades for exciting air-boat tours. Ten minutes drive to great shopping and dining at Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, and not far from Fort Myers and Naples Malls and historic parks and attractions. A wide variety of wining and dining to experience from cheap and cheerful pubs and bars (try the 'wings' and grouper sandwich at 'Buffalo Wings' bar in Bonita!) to sophisticated restaurants in down-town Naples. Optional fee of USD 150 (~GBP 75) required from Worthington Masters Association to acquire golfing and club privileges (allows golf to be played at approx GBP 35/15 for 18 holes in/out of season, tennis courts and use of club-house facilities and club pool). If not opted for, a smaller pool close to condo is still available for use. Local taxes included, all utility bills included. Long-distance / international phone calls possible from condo with purchase of telephone card, local calls free. All payments can be made in GBP sterling, Euros or American dollars.

Notes: Other club facilities available such as fitness room, pool area with snack bar and outdoor whirlpool, club-house bar and restaurant, as well as a smaller more private pool with barbecue and cabana. Most suitable for one or two couples sharing who prefer peaceful, more sophisticated accommodation. A family with two children will be welcomed, but the house and community rules necessitate that good behaviour is maintained in and around the condo and communal areas. The property will be available for long-term rental later in 2009.

Excellent Golf Package.: Worthington Country Club has an 18 hole championship course. There are also many other courses in this region of a high standard. Green fees are high on public courses (up to 200 USD in season) and the courses can be busy. By staying at Worthington CC, it is possible to play 18 holes for 65 USD in high season (November to April), and just 30 USD at other times. Carts are obligatory and a fee of 6 USD is charged per cart per round. 9 holes can be played at half the costs. Other courses in the area with reciprocal agreements with Worthington CC can also be played at reduced fees in the off-season months. To take advantage of this facility, a one time fee of just 150 USD (~75 GBP) is charged by Worthington CC Master's Association to acquire the club privileges. This represents a very competitive package to play golf on world-class courses in the region.
