Brand-new 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, access to 2 shared pools (block residents only), located in Marina D'or, Spain - the largest Seawater Spa in Europe. The apartment is situated on the second line, very central position, within 300 m from the beach and the town centre, faces north. Sleeps up to 6 people; (sofa-bed in the living room), master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom (bath tub, hydro-massage, bidet) 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2nd bathroom has a shower, air condition/heating available. Pets considered. There is also a children playground accessible only for the block residents. Private underground parking available. The property is highly recommended for families. Landscaped gardens, water sports, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Mundo Fantasia playground within walking distance.

The apartment is located in Marina D'or Spain, on the beautiful Costa del Azahar. Marina D'or is a newly built holiday resort, home of the largest seawater spa in Europe. The resort is built to the highest standards and its advantaged by its location on Costa del Azahar - 'The Orange Blossom Coast' - a region of great contrast, offering stunning ocean views, pine mountains, olive and orange plantations and fishing villages. Nearby is Oropesa del Mar, where a 16th century Tower of the King is conserved. Castellon, the capital of the province is only 20km south (bus available). Castellon offers history, shopping, restaurants, a very well supplied fish market; a stroll on its orange-tree lined streets around the old quarter (the Plaza de Santa Clara the Plaza Mayor and the Plaza de la Pescadería and adjacent streets) where you can see Gothic and renaissance buildings is a must. The great medieval castle of Peniscola is only 47 km north. The pearl city of Morella is 94km north-west.
