The flat is on the first floor: The building has only 3 floors, so not many people around. Most of the neighbours are single or only a couple. Be carefull when walking on the flat after the hours , the neighbour might complain. The upstairs neighbour is really quiet.
Look at the map / google before you arrive: The flat is located near the railway track, but its activity happens mostly during the day, so it will not disturb your sleep.
Night Bus access : The night bus stop is 20 minutes walk from the flat. it will be a quiet walk, as the flat is situated on a residential area only.
