2-bedroom ground floor apartment, only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches with their many Spanish & International restaurants, bars & shops. The apartment is just 2years old, overlooking a green area. It is the ground floor of only 2 floors. The apartment has satellite TV with British Channels, DVD, stereo & the kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. All linen & bath towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels!) Secure private entrance to bungalow and pool area. The pool is very large and has a separate child pool. It is set in a relaxing garden, ideal for sunbathing! Private parking. The centre of Torrevieja is an easy 10 minute drive or bus ride. The area is renowned for its Salt lakes which create a very healthy environment with dry fresh air, recommended for medical conditions including Asthma and Arthritis. For golfers, there is a huge choice of golf courses. The water park is a fun day out, great sports complex, bowling, cinema, crazy golf

The bungalow is situated 5 minutes drive from Playa de Los Locos, and La Mata beaches. There are many Spanish and International (English, Irish, Italian, Chinese) restaurants, bars & shops in the surrounding area, catering for all kinds of tastes. There are 3 18-hole golf courses within 20-minute drive and the historical towns of Alicante & Murcia are easily accessible on the motorway with plenty to see and do. The buses run from the next road, into Torrevieja town centre where there are a vast array of shops; an indoor market; open air market on the harbour front, that lasts into the evening; fun fair; restaurants; discos, and of course the marble walkway around the beach front into the harbour. Take the bus in the opposite direction, and you can go to La Mata and Guardamar where there are more fantastic beaches & activities to choose from. Supermarkets nearby. Very large 'CarreFour' & New Shopping Centre 'Habernaras' short drive. Los Cristianos Leisure centre and Water Park 5 min.

  • 35 GBP/50 EUR local management charge is payable on arrival which includes meet and greet service and after-stay cleaning. 25% non-returnable deposit is payable at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
    100 EUR breakage deposit (inc. loss of keys), payable on arrival, returnable when leaving, if there no breakages. Airport transfer and food pack can be arranged for extra cost. Can assist with car rental if required (no extra cost). Help with viewing and buying. PLEASE NOTE: The following cancellation rates apply: From receipt of 25% deposit to 6 weeks prior to departure = 25% total rental rate.
    Then, 5.6 weeks prior to departure: Full amount. No exceptions. This is due to loss of potential bookings. Please do not send a cheque and then cancel it. Let us know of any change immediately and we will try to accommodate you on an alternative date.
  • The property must be vacated by 10 am in the morning of departure. New arrivals can expect to have access to the property from 2 pm. This is negotiable with the management company, as times can vary depending on rentals prior to and/or after your rental finishes. Please discuss at time of booking as we are always happy to try & accommodate any requests.
