Villa with Sea Views of the gulf of St Tropez, large pool, air-conditioned

Gulf Stream is perched on a hill overlooking the bay of Nartelle and the gulf of St Tropez with a direct view of the village of St Tropez itself. With a large private swimming pool and two large South facing sun patios.

The villa is a wonderful place to spend a holiday.

The 5 bedrooms all have Air-Con, shabby chic furniture and ensuite bathrooms. 3 have antique beds, all have french doors onto private patios. The kitchen is modern with black granite work surfaces and the snazzy dining room has a marble and smoked glass dining table seating 12.

The large sitting room has 3 leather sofas and a 42 inch flat screen TV with SKY sports, DVD and UK channels.

Set in a mature garden with fantastic views over the sea and the bay you can entertain your family and friends here, BBQ in the evening and chill out over a bottle of Provencal rose.

10 minutes drive from the historic town of Ste Maxime and 5 minutes Les Issambres and the white sandy beaches of Nartelle and Ste Maxime.

Services: - Gardeners and pool men are included in the rental price.

- Gas, electricy, water, sewage and dusbin clearance are included in the price.

- 2 large towels per person and bath mats and bed linen are provided at the villa at a cost of 20 euros per guest per week.

- Local cleaners clean the villa each week and make the beds at a cost to you of 200 euros pw.

- Welcome packs of food and drink are available on request at 100 Euros.

Rentals: Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Gulf Stream Villa is available all year round.

Child cots and high chairs are available at the villa.

Aquapark: There is a great Aqua park 10 minutes drive from the villa with fun for the whole family for the day.

There is scuba-diving from Ste Maxime port.

  • The front door /hall leads through to the large dining room and relaxing sitting room with inglenook fireplace. All these rooms lead out through multiple French doors onto the large terracotta tiled patio with 180 degree views of the gulf of St Tropez and the sea. There is seating for 12 at the smoked glass and marble dining room table. The sitting room has Sky sports satellite TV, DVD and 3 leather sofas. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and all are ensuite. There are 3 double bedrooms with en suite/next door shower - bathrooms. There are 2 double or twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms have French windows into the garden and great views over the gulf. All the bedrooms have chandeliers, cupboards and chests of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped and a modern with hob, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, ice maker, cutlery and china. A ping pong table and an English library are in the villa. Boules pitch too.

Notes:
Rentals. are from Saturday to Saturday Fly to nice and drive 1 hour along the A8 to junction 36 (Ste Maxime). Head towards Ste Maxime. As you come to the outskirts, the house keeper's office is on the main road. They will meet and greet you and give you laundry and towels and take you to the villa. We arrange cleaners each week to make the beds, clean the villa and do the laundry. You pay the cleaners on site 200E pw plus 20E per set of sheets and towels per person.

Just Fabulous

We absolutely LOVED Gulf Stream Villa. Met and exceeded all our expectations. The view was truly fabulous, the pool wonderful, the dining rooms indoors and outdoors were amazing, as well as the lounging patio. We were 4 couples and 3 children, plenty of room for all and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Well-maintained. The ferry from Les Issambres to Saint Tropez was great. All the food in the area was fabulous and we would highly recommend La Ponche in Saint Tropez as a fantastic restaurant.

Thank you Gulf Stream Villa, you made our dream vacation on the Riviera come true!

Gulf stream villa was the perfect choice for us, a group of friends with two cars, making it possible to enjoy the splendid views of the hills below and the sea, to relax in the pool, play table tennis and petanque as well as exploring the landscape around - the St Tropez peninsula, Corniche d 'Esterel, Gorges du Verdon etc.
The villa is well equipped and well furnished. We mostly cook our meals at home and had a very peaceful time. The location, although with several hairpin bends and twists when getting there, was also good with all possible interesting places within one hour by car
Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Gulf Stream Villa. We shared the Villa with other family members to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. The Villa is very well appointed and it is clear that the owners chose to decorate the Villa and provide facilities such that they would also enjoy as a home. The views from the terrace are beautiful and relaxing. Quite simply you do not need to leave the Villa. Ultimately, we were all very happy with our decision and came away from the vacation have enjoyed a special time in a special place. I would also add that the property owners were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. I would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a great relaxing environment.
