Englewood Vacation Rental villa: englewood

What can we say except perfect. We had a great holiday, the villa was clean, tidy and beautifully appointed. We arrived at around 9pm after a long day travelling, and it was so nice to be greeted with a welcome basket, and a few cool drinks. The villa was 2 minutes from the beach and 5 mins from our relatives who we had come to visit. The pool area was lovely, and many a happy hour was spent by, and in it.
We are already planning our next visit and it is our intention to use this villa or one of the others owned by Gareth as our base. Thanks once again to Gareth for making our stay such an enjoyable and memorable one.

We have just returned from our first ever holiday in the US and we were extremely impressed with everything - especially the accommodation. We spent one week in Marco Island then spent the second week in Sth Venice at Manasota Sunset.
The villa was beautifully decorated, extremely spacious and clean. The boys, (aged 15 & 12), absolutely loved the pool - as did we. The lay-out of the villa allowed each of us to have our own space and the second lounge area was really relaxing. Loved the huge en-suite area off the main bedroom.
We did not spend a lot of time in Venice but did go down to the beach which was beautiful. We did drive to Orlando - (approx 2 hr) - to go to Universal Studios and Seaworld. We also went to Busch Gardens, Tampa (approx 1 hr). Other beautiful beaches to visit incude Boco Grande, Anna-Marie Island and Sarasota - Siesta Key - especially the Oyster Bar - really lovely atmosphere.
Would recommend this villa to anyone. It's probably the best of both worlds being able to visit the parks but also having access to some beautiful beaches and finishing off with a dip in the private pool.
Gareth was also very attentive and even video'd a football match which my boys and husband were keen to watch. Luckily, Chelsea won - which was probably the icing on the cake.

We are a family with 2 children (6 and 10 years) and were fully happy with what we have got in this perfect villa and its location. Our first impression - after a long ride - was just perfect, with welcome drinks in the fridge and a fruity and sweety basket just at the right time. The next impressions were just as perfect as the first one. Even the pool area was better then all others we've had. The pool is splitted in an even area for 6 years kids and swimmers. The surrounding is perfectly quite with jungle like nature and - with luck - paradise birds. The beach is one of the nicest in Florida within 2 car minutes and there is everythings around you need for the beach. We will certainly come back to this best place we've ever rented in florida for a good price.
