This 2008 luxury villa sits on a pretty, well landscaped lot set at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area but only minutes to Manasota Key beach which is well known for collecting shark's teeth, fabulous sunsets and a great place to fish or just relax. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and fishing poles are provided. Major stores and restaurants are a few minutes drive away. Large malls and Designer Outlets are a 30 minute drive away.

The pool is West facing for those spectacular sunsets and offers complete privacy. A BBQ is provided for outside dining and everything you need to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. One of the many upgrades is a quality CD/Radio system in every room as well as poolside.

All bedrooms have TV/DVD and ceiling fans.

There are two family rooms furnished with quality sofas and love seats.

Perfect Location! - Walk to Manasota Beach famous for it's sandy beach and collecting shark's teeth. Free parking if you prefer to drive. Restauants and large stores just a five minute drive away. Ellerton outlet mall is a must just 30 minutes north on I-75.

Drive to Disneyworld in two hours and Busch Gardens in just over an hour. Tampa and Fort Myers international airports are just over an hour away.

Boat/ Jet Ski rentals, Dolphin & Manatee Charter tours and every watersport is plentiful in the area. Fish from piers, the beaches or on charter fishing boats. If golf is your passion there are endless courses within a short drive.

As soon as you walk into this lovely home you'll be extremely happy you've selected this Manasota Beach Rental.
We had a wonderful two months stay in this property. The home is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. Relax and enjoy the perfect pool. The location is great, it's in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to Manasota Beach. You are minutes away from Venice or Englewood for great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Garreth and Eileen are great landlords who offer excellent customer service.
We've already rented this property for two months in 2014.

Do not hesitate to book with this owner or property. Very trustworthy! House was great. Location perfect, love the walk to the beach. We had an infant as well and the house was pretty safe for her.

Easter holiday

This was our second holiday at this villa. We arrived after a long and delayed flight and were relieved to find that the villa was as clean and comfortable as the year before. The master bed is really comfortable. The hot chocolate drinks left in the welcome pack were useful as breakfast for the children as we had no supplies yet after arriving in the middle of the night! The villa provides good privacy in the pool area being at the end of a dead end road and located next to scrub reserve. Gareth & Eileen maintain the property to a very high standard and the booking process was very straight-forward - always a relief when booking through the internet. We were able to travel to a number of different areas from the villa quite easily including Legoland at Winter Haven, Sarasota Bay for kayaking, Venice for fishing from the Pier and an Easter egg hunt, Boca Grande for fantastic beaches and one of our favourites, Anna Maria Island in the North. This year we also completed the hiking trail at Stump Pass and were rewarded with seeing armadillo, Gopher tortoise and a snake! Great holiday. Thanks Gareth

The villa is first class - equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday and very clean. The welcome pack from Gareth is very welcome.

Very convenient for everything you need but close to some fantastic beaches and in a nice peaceful location.

Gareth is always on hand to sort out any problems which on this occasion was of our own making!

Thanks Gareth we will certainly be back again.

Wonderful two weeks

We spent two wonderful weeks at Manasota Sunset - Villa. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was very clean and well equipped. The surrounding area was very quiet and the pool just perfect for our children.

The immediate area offers many great opportunities. Beautiful beaches (Siesta Key), State Parks (Miakka River), Golf (Boca Royal Golf Club), Museums (Ringling Museum in Sarasota), shopping and much more.

The recommended restaurants were great and the communication with Gareth has been absolutely excellent.
