Alegria, a street-level apartment in the colourful, terraced complex of Vista Golf, was chosen for its unique layout and ideal location on the Costa Blanca. Just 45 minutes from Alicante airport on the N332, or 30 minutes from Murcia on the AP7, Alegria is situated on a quiet residential street, yet within walking distance of bars, restaurants, an internet cafe and a supermarket. A championship golf course, Villamartin, along with 2 other fabulous greens--Las Ramblas and Campoamor, are within 10 minutes drive, as are several Blue Flag beaches, including La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. Or drive down the coast to enjoy the soft, mineral-laden air and try out a healthy mud bath at the Mar Menor. Visit shops, water parks, and sea-side promenades at nearby Torrevieja, enjoy a savoury Paella in historic Yecla, taste Jumilla's wines and buy fresh olives in a different open-air market village every day of the week. Then come 'home' to Alegria and watch the sunset from your pool side.

Notes: 'Alegria' is a family-friendly, self-catering apartment with all the comforts of home. There is curb-side parking just outside your door and your own sunny patio to be enjoyed all year round. The cable TV system receives all English channels as well as movie and sports channels, and the DVD player (bring your own DVDs) offers additional indoor entertainment. There is some light reading in the book case, and a CD player is also available (bring your own music). An internet cafe and pay phone are just up the street. However, since the Costa Blanca boasts 320 days a year of sunshine, most people live outdoors; the large communal swimming pool is secure for residents only, and is only steps from your front door. Your private patio has a picnic table and four chairs, as well as a BBQ grill for those long sunny evenings. Please NOTE: NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

Wonderful getaway, even in March!

Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Patio was a great sun trap. Location handy for shops and restaurants. Visited amazing new shopping centre in La Zenia.

Bed was comfortable and warm but lounge was cool in the evening.

it is in a beautiful neighbourhood, and great apartment with all you could need for a holiday. beautiful sunny patio to start the day off with breakfast and end a great day with a bbq. convenient to all facilities. lovely beaches, good pool and an array of restaurants for the nights when you want something more than a bbq.

Lovely apartment in quiet surrounding

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to rent a quiet place where they can relax and chill out.
The outside area is spacious and lots of facilities..tables, chairs, parasol, sunloungers, bbq. Spent most of my days out here.
Bedrooms were spacious and clean with air con in each which was a god send. Bathroom compact but clean and all you need!
TV had tons of channels including ITV1+ITV2+Channel 5 and lots of others.
Kitchen was great, washing machine was so handy, oven and hob work fine. Lots of crockery, cooking utensils. Lots of basics in the cupboards left over I presume like olive oil, salt and pepper etc. so take a look before you go shopping!
Lots of bedlinen, towels etc. available too which is so handy when you've only got hand luggage.
Pool was lovely and quiet and quite big!
Overall, I would recommend this apartment highly.
P.s. the Royal Oak around the corner is fantastic. Sooo cheap and good food. We had a meal for 4 including steak, fish etc. and about 4 rounds of drinks..wine, beer etc....€45!

A relaxing 16 days

We had the most fantastic stay at this apartment - it has everything you need and more. Extremely clean and comfortable and the air con was invaluable during our stay - it reached temperatures of 42 degrees. This is where the pool was a delight.

The area is peaceful and the neighbours friendly - you are only a short walk from the supermarket and local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Viva La Vida.

Robbie and Isobelle your local contacts are welcoming and very helpful - they will even take you to the beach and local towns - for a fraction of the cost of a local taxi.

Really enjoyed our stay and will be back :)

We would come back to the area and to the apartment. Excellent value for money, the food is much cheaper than in the UK, cheap flights, beautiful beaches. The apartment was very clean (we have rented several times before, this one is the best), in a quite area, great pool just a few steps away, everything you need is there, very friendly agents and the owner. Thank you!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
