I have been renting from the owner and his family for the past 5 years. They are warm, helpful and accommodating and most of all honest. The house is amazing with nice beds, well equipped with a nice garden in the front and back. It is ideally located for beach goers and close to good shopping. I return every summer to this house.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Undiscovered and lovely location

This is a very nice well equipped house within walking distance of the attractive beach. The house was extremely clean and well presented, very comfortable and made a great base for the first part of our holiday. It was in a good location for exploring the interesting fishing community of Marshfield and further afield into Cape Cod. We enjoyed a great fish supper at the local fish restaurant (Haddad's in Brant Rock) and a pizza at Mamma Mia's.
The owner was very helpful and accommodating and our first experience of VRBO and renting a house in America was excellent. We would recommend the property and the location to anyone who wants to have a great holiday in that area.
