El Roque is 25 minutes from the airport, offering picturesque walks and drives in sparkling mountain air. The highest town in Spain, Villa Flor, is a 15 minute drive, the National Park of Mount Teide, 30 minutes, popular beach resorts 20 minutes and golfing, 15 minutes away. Down the road there is a paragliding club and 25 minutes away excellent parasailing and windsurfing conditions in El Medano. The area is renowned for its very good local and international restaurants with a variety of cuisine, and a local restaurant around the corner specializes in typical Canarian dishes. Shopping and excursion arrangements are only a 20 minute drive to Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas and the old capital of Santa Cruz is a 45 minute drive. Nearby local clinics offer a high standard of medical care with state of the art equipment.

The ground floor has an inviting open plan lounge with stone fireplace and leads into the majestic dining room with lavish dining room furniture. The kitchen is large and bright with an excellent range of units and appliances. There is a separate family room with large open stone fireplace. Doors from the kitchen, dining room and bedroom 1 all lead out onto the well established and relaxing patio and garden area which features a fountain, pond and barbeque area. Further details outdoors: You can look forward to a shady breakfast with a splendid view of the mountain on the downstairs terrace. The fragrant garden, is a peaceful spot to read, dream, or soak up the tropical sun.
