The property is situated on the outskirts of Roydon village. We have our own on site bistro and bar facility as well as the 30 acre lake which can be used for non motorised water sports and fishing. Our luxury lodges are great for that quiet break or easy access to London with the train station situated 800m from our estate entrance.

The picturesque approach alongside the canal and weir in view of the original old Mill building sets a perfect scene for idyllic short breaks or leisurely family holidays. Our ultra modern lodges sit within beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by stunning waterways and lakes. Within the grounds, and just a short stroll from your lodge, there is a contemporary restaurant and bar with a separate family and entertainment facility (refurbishment complete 2008). There is even our 32 acre lake which is available for leisurely watersports and coarse fishing. The layout of the site has been carefully considered to ensure all the lodges sit comfortably within their own landscaped gardens.
