Welcome to our bright, clean, central air conditioned home only a stone's throw to bike paths and tennis courts and a mile to town. We offer ample off street parking, a well-equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, new mattresses, high speed internet, a 40'' flat panel TV, DVD player and iPod compatible radios.

We have top quality cookware, utensils, matching plates and flatware, glass stemware and plenty of extras to make your stay top notch. We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and coolers for your use.

The well-equipped kitchen with an ASKO dishwasher and gas range opens to the dining room and comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck with an elevated view of the yard. The deck has a table and chairs with an umbrella where you can enjoy the morning paper/coffee or evening cocktail under the moon and stars. New outdoor shower & gas grill. Just wanted to let you know we are settled into the house and we LOVE it. It is wonderful. So clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We have stayed in many rental houses in Cape Cod, coastal Connecticut, and all over Florida, and this is one of the best we have ever stayed in.

The kids love the house and yard, we love the location, and we already used the grill for dinner last night.

Thanks so much for all your attention to detail. It is really noticed, and really appreciated.
