Villa Tuscali is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property offering the highest standards of comfort and luxury to make this luxury holiday villa a home from home. Everything you need is provided, towels are supplied so all you really need is your sun cream, bathing suits and of course comfortable shoes! Our spacious villa is complete with extended pool deck, South West facing salt water swimming pool & integrated Jacuzzi. Both the Master Bedroom and the Queen Bedroom have their own en-suites which provide two families with that much needed additional privacy. PS2 & games, CDs, books, board games, dinner party games, games room, 50' TV with DVD player along with DVDs provides additional entertained.

Villa Tuscali is set within the prestigious development known as 'Countryside', Tuscan Ridge, this is the most prestigious and exclusive community in Davenport. Tuscan Ridge has an enviable reputation for the quality of its beautiful villas and all of the properties are built on larger than normal plots and homes have been offset to improve privacy. Just off US27 & being situated so close to I-4 Tuscan Ridge is ideally located for all airports, parks, Golf Courses and trips to both Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.The property is close to all major attractions being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World Resort and 5 minutes from the main Interstate 4 leading to all other attractions. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes as is the nearby Kissimmee. For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses, the new majestic Golf Complex designed by Greg Norman, Champion’s Gate, is only 10mins away.

  • Pool Heating :- This is an optional extra for an additional charge of £20.00 per night with a minimum number of 4 nights being charged, or £115.00 for 7 nights. Whilst it is a matter of personal choice, we've found that guests generally only consider pool/spa heating during the months of November to March.

    Booking Details:- We will confirm the dates of your holiday in writing, on receipt of a signed booking form from yourself together with £100.00 per week non-refundable deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your departure.

    Our villa is licensed under Florida State Law to accept a maximum number of 10 guests. Booking forms cannot be accepted which indicate a number of guests in excess of this figure.

    Florida sales and tourist tax is included in the rental price. Water, gas, and electricity (except pool and spa heating) ,Cable T.V., bed linen, Wi-Fi, Local telephone calls, towels & linen all are included in the price
  • Check-In - Check-Out
    The rental period begins at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and concludes at 10.00am on the day of departure. If our villa is empty guests may arrange through ourselves to arrive either earlier or depart later.

  • Our beautifully maintained luxury villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 master bed with en-suite, 1 queen bed with en-suite & 2 twin rooms. Both the Master and Queen bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom this makes it ideal for individual families or larger groups. The Master Bedroom has a huge American King Size bed, it is spacious and has it’s own huge luxurious Master Bathroom with double vanity units, walk-in wardrobe, bath and huge walk-in shower. There is also a large TV and DVD player provided if you like to chill out in bed whilst watching the TV or a DVD. The Queen Bedroom has a large Double Bed and it's own en-suite bathroom, there is also a large TV provided in this room. The two twin rooms share another bathroom and have 2 single beds in each, Mickey and Minnie share one of the rooms but can move to either bedroom if required. A cot and high chair is also provided for infants.

Notes: Everything you need is provided, towels, beach towels, linens, kitchenware and dining ware. There is a hairdryer provided in each master bedroom. The separate laundry room has a large washer and large dryer, there is also an iron and ironing board so you can pack light if you wish and save on luggage weight. The doors to the pool are all alarmed for safety and there is also a pool guard rail which can be set up for additional child security if you wish. The salt water pool is much kinder on the skin than normal pools thus allowing you to sunbathe directly after bathing as no showering is required. Many lady guests comment that the salt water makes their hair much softer and also their skin, always a plus! There is ample pool furniture for large parties along with table and chairs for outside dining. There is also a lovely 2-seater swing seat to let you chill out in the shade or in the evenings.
